Abstract:

WiththerapiddevelopmentandpopularizationofmobileInternet,theintegrationofonlineandofflinehasbecomethedevelopmenttrendinthefuture.Online-to-Offline(O2O)modehasbeenwidelyusedinChina,andSuningasoneoftheleadingO2OretailcompaniesinChina,hassuccessfullyusedtheO2Omodeltoenhancethecompany’smarketcompetitiveness.However,withtherapiddevelopmentbroughtbytheO2Omodel,Suningfacesmultiplerisksandchallenges,suchasdatasecurityrisks,creditrisks,compliancerisks,etc.Inordertoeffectivelypreventtheserisks,Suninghasformulatedaseriesofriskpreventionandcontrolstrategiesandstrengthenedthetrainingandmanagementofpersonnelwithintheenterprise.ThispapertakesSuningastheresearchobject,explorestheSuning’sriskpreventionandcontrolmeasuresbasedontheO2Omodel,andproposescorrespondingsolutionsfortherisksandchallengesfacedbytheenterprise.
