Abstract:
Thepurposeofthispaperistoexploretheimpactofinternalsocialcapitalofthetopmanagementteamonthefinancialperformanceofenterprises,andtoanalyzethemediatingeffectofenterpriseinnovation.Thisarticleadoptsquantitativeanalysismethod,collectscompanyfinancialdata,surveysdataoftopmanagementteammembersandexternalinnovationindicators,andusesstructuralequationmodeltoanalyzeandverifyrelevantvariables.Theresultsshowedthattheinternalsocialcapitalofthetopmanagementteamhadasignificantpositiveimpactonthefinancialperformanceoftheenterprise,andplayedapartialmediatingrolethroughenterpriseinnovation.
Thisarticlefirstintroducestherelevantconceptsandtheoriesofsocialcapitalandenterpriseinnovation,andthendiscussesthedefinitionandmeasurementmethodsoftheresearchobject-internalsocialcapitalofthetopmanagementteam.Then,throughthedescriptionofthebasicsituationofthesampleandthestatisticalanalysisoftheresearchresults,thisarticleexploresin-depththedegree,direction,andverificationofthemediatingeffectofsocialcapitalonfinancialperformance.
