自2019年12月COVID-19疫情爆发以来,世界各国的经济和社会都受到了不同程度的影响。作为全球服装生产和出口大国,我国服装企业也受到了巨大的冲击。本文通过对相关文献的梳理及对国内外服装企业现状的研究,探讨在全球疫情影响下我国服装企业应当如何升级,以适应服装市场的新变化和需求。首先分析了全球疫情对我国服装企业的影响,并探讨了新冠疫情背景下我国服装企业进行数字化转型的必要性;其次,本文详细分析了数字化转型对我国服装企业的影响和作用,包括生产效率的提升、产品质量的保障、渠道升级和品牌形象的优化等方面,阐述了数字化转型的发展趋势和重点领域。通过案例分析和实证研究,本文进一步验证了数字化转型对我国服装企业的益处,以及如何实现数字化转型的具体措施和方法。在建立数字化转型框架的基础上,本文提出了我国服装企业应当采取的策略和措施,包括加速数字化转型、推动品牌建设、探索新商业模式等,以应对新冠疫情后全球服装市场的新形势和挑战,实现我国服装企业的可持续发展和转型升级。

Abstract
SincetheoutbreakofCOVID-19inDecember2019,economiesandsocietiesaroundtheworldhavebeenimpactedtovaryingdegrees.Asamajorglobalproducerandexporterofclothing,theclothingindustryinChinahasalsobeengreatlyaffected.ThispaperexploreshowChina'sclothingindustryshouldupgradeinresponsetothenewchangesanddemandsintheclothingmarketundertheglobalpandemic.Byreviewingrelevantliteratureandresearchingthestatusofdomesticandforeignclothingcompanies,thispaperfirstanalyzestheimpactoftheglobalpandemiconChina'sclothingindustryanddiscussesthenecessityofdigitaltransformationforclothingcompaniesinthecontextoftheCOVID-19outbreak.Secondly,thispaperanalyzesindetailtheeffectsandrolesofdigitaltransformationonChina'sclothingindustry,includingimprovingproductionefficiency,ensuringproductquality,upgradingchannels,andoptimizingbrandimage.Italsoclarifiesthedevelopmenttrendsandkeyareasofdigitaltransformation.Throughcasestudiesandempiricalresearch,thispaperfurtherverifiesthebenefitsofdigitaltransformationforChina'sclothingindustryanditsspecificmeasuresandmethods.Basedontheestablishmentofadigitaltransformationframework,thispaperproposesstrategiesandmeasuresthatChina'sclothingcompaniesshouldtake,includingacceleratingdigitaltransformation,promotingbrandbuilding,andexploringnewbusinessmodels,torespondtothenewsituationandchallengesintheglobalclothingmarketaftertheCOVID-19outbreakandachievesustainabledevelopmentandupgradingoftheclothingindustryinChina.
