补肾活血汤联合超声引导下神经阻滞治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察摘要：目的：探讨补肾活血汤联合超声引导下神经阻滞对肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年1月至2021年1月于本院就诊的64例肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组32名患者。采用随机数字表法，第一组患者给予口服补肾活血汤治疗，第二组患者在口服补肾活血汤的基础上，再行超声引导下神经阻滞治疗。治疗8周之后，观察两组治疗前后VAS评分、膝功能指数(KSF)评分及临床疗效。结果：在VAS评分、KSF评分方面，两组治疗前后评分比较，治疗后两组患者评分均有所改善，但第二组患者改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后第一组患者有效率为62.5%，第二组患者有效率为87.5%，第二组患者的有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论：补肾活血汤联合超声引导下神经阻滞治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎具有显著的临床疗效，可以改善患者的症状，提高生活质量。

Kneeosteoarthritisisacommonjointdiseasethataffectsmanyindividuals.Theliverandkidneysplayanimportantroleinthepathogenesisofkneeosteoarthritis.TraditionalChinesemedicineholdstheviewthattheliverstoresthebloodwhilethekidneysstoretheessence.Thus,deficiencyofliverandkidneymaycausebloodstasisandarthralgia.Treatmentforkneeosteoarthritisisbasedontheprinciplesofnourishingtheliverandkidneys,promotingbloodcirculationandrelievingpain.Inthisstudy,wecombinedatraditionalChinesemedicine,BuShenHuoXueTang,withultrasound-guidednerveblocktotreatkneeosteoarthritis,especiallyinpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiency.

TheresultsofthisstudydemonstratethatthecombinationofBuShenHuoXueTangandultrasound-guidednerveblockforkneeosteoarthritishassignificantclinicalefficacy.Aftereightweeksoftreatment,theVASscoreandKSFscoreofbothgroupssignificantlyimprovedcomparedtopretreatment,buttheimprovementinthesecondgroupwasgreaterthanthatinthefirstgroup.Thesecondgrouphadahighereffectiveratethanthefirstgroup,whichindicatesthatthecombinationoftraditionalChinesemedicineandultrasound-guidednerveblocktherapyismoreeffectivethantraditionalChinesemedicinealone.
