甘薯多糖对三-(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯致肝损伤的保护作用及机制摘要:
目的:探究甘薯多糖对三-(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯(DBiTT)致肝损伤的保护作用及机制。
方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为3组,分别为对照组、DBiTT组和甘薯多糖+DBiTT组。对照组给予生理盐水,DBiTT组和甘薯多糖+DBiTT组给予DBiTT注射液,甘薯多糖+DBiTT组在DBiTT注射液前先口服甘薯多糖。连续使用5天后,采用血清生化法检测肝脏指标及抗氧化指标,光镜下观察肝组织病理学变化。
结果:DBiTT组大鼠ALT、AST、TP、ALB、T-BIL和MDA含量明显升高,GSH-Px和SOD活性明显下降;肝组织病理学检查显示大量坏死细胞、炎性细胞浸润和肝细胞结构破坏。与DBiTT组相比,甘薯多糖+DBiTT组ALT、AST、TP、T-BIL和MDA含量显著降低,GSH-Px和SOD活性明显升高;肝组织病理学检查显示坏死细胞、炎性细胞浸润和肝细胞结构破坏程度减轻。
结论:甘薯多糖能够显著减轻DBiTT致肝损伤,其机制可能与抗氧化、减少自由基损伤、促进肝细胞再生及修复等有关。

ABSTRACT:
Objective:Toexploretheprotectiveeffectandmechanismofsweetpotatopolysaccharideonliverdamageinducedbytri-(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate(DBiTT).
Methods:ThirtySDratswererandomlydividedintothreegroups:controlgroup,DBiTTgroupandsweetpotatopolysaccharide+DBiTTgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivensaline,theDBiTTgroupandsweetpotatopolysaccharide+DBiTTgroupweregivenDBiTTinjection,andthesweetpotatopolysaccharide+DBiTTgroupwasgivensweetpotatopolysaccharidebeforeDBiTTinjection.Liverindicatorsandantioxidantindicatorsweredetectedbyserumbiochemicalmethodandpathologicalchangeswereobservedbylightmicroscopyaftercontinuoususefor5days.
Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,thelevelsofALT,AST,TP,ALB,T-BILandMDAintheDBiTTgroupratsweresignificantlyincreased,whiletheactivitiesofGSH-PxandSODweresignificantlydecreased;pathologicalexaminationoflivertissueshowedalargenumberofnecroticcells,inflammatorycellinfiltrationanddestructionoflivercellstructure.ComparedwiththeDBiTTgroup,thelevelsofALT,AST,TP,T-BILandMDAinthesweetpotatopolysaccharide+DBiTTgroupratsweresignificantlydecreased,whiletheactivitiesofGSH-PxandSODweresignificantlyincreased;pathologicalexaminationoflivertissueshowedareductioninthedegreeofnecroticcells,inflammatorycellinfiltrationanddamagetolivercellstructure.
Conclusion:SweetpotatopolysaccharidecansignificantlyalleviateliverdamageinducedbyDBiTT,anditsmechanismmayberelatedtoantioxidant,reducingfreeradicaldamage,promotinglivercellregenerationandrepair,etc.

Inconclusion,thisstudyprovidesevidencethatsweetpotatopolysaccharidecanalleviateliverdamageinducedbyDBiTT.Thisnaturalremedyhaspotentialtherapeuticbenefitsandcouldbeusedasanalternativeorcomplementarytreatmentforliver-relatedhealthconditions.Futurestudiesareneededtofurtherinvestigatethemechanismofactionofsweetpotatopolysaccharideonliverdamageandtoexploreitspotentialtherapeuticapplications。Additionally,thisstudyhighlightstheimportanceofexploringnaturalremediesinthetreatmentofliverdamage.Currently,therearelimitedeffectivetreatmentsforliver-relatedhealthconditionsandtheuseoftraditionalmedicationcanresultinadversesideeffects.Theuseofsweetpotatopolysaccharideasanaturalalternativeholdspromiseduetoitspotentialtherapeuticbenefitsandabsenceofseveresideeffects.
Thefindingsofthisstudyalsohighlighttheneedforfurtherresearchintheareaofliver-relatedhealthconditions.Researchshouldbeconductedintounderstandingthemechanismsofliverdamageandthepotentialbenefitsofnaturalremediesinthemanagementandtreatmentoftheseconditions.Thisresearchcouldleadtothedevelopmentofnewandeffectivetreatmentsforliverdamagethatarebothnaturalandsafe.
