fromthenearestfirepassagetoassemblyarea.Donotuselift！一旦听到疏散广播，客房部服务员应协助客人从消防楼梯疏散，到集合点集中，不准使用电梯。Floorshiftleadershallcheckeachroomwithtorchandchalk,thenclosethedoorandmarks"X"whenconfirmingnoguestsleft.楼层主管携带电筒和粉笔检查所有房间，查看房间内客人疏散情况，关闭房门，在确认为空房的房间门上作“X”记号。Paymoreattentiontothefirearea,andreporttotheonfiresitecommanderifthereisinjuredguest.特别注意火灾现场情况，如发现还有受伤客人滞留，立即通知火灾现场指挥员进行抢救。Evacuatetoassemblyarea,countheadsandreporttodepartmenthead.撤离至疏散集合点，清点员工人数并向部门负责人报告。Safety&Security保安部OnSiteAlarmGroup:1,fromSecurity,isresponsibleforfirealarminthedrillarea.现场报警组：1人，由保安部人员组成，负责演习区域报警工作。OnSiteConformingGroup:4,consistsofSecurityshiftleader,Housekeepingshiftleader,DutyEngineerandGSM,rushtothesitetocheckthefirealarmandreportthesituationintime.Inthemeantimetheyshallevacuatethemassesaroundthefireareaandusethefireequipmentstoextinguishfire,createfavorableconditionstotherescueworkers.火灾现场确认组：4人，由保安部主管、客房部主管、工程部值班工程师、宾客服务经理等人员组成，迅速赶扑现场确认火警并及时报告火警具体情况，同时立即疏散着火区域所有人员，并利用现场消防器材及时进行扑救，为增援人员创造有利条件。EvacuationGroup:10consistofallthedepartments.Thedepartmentheadsandmanagersareresponsiblefortheareaconcerned.TheDirectorofHumanResourcesisthechiefcommanderof.Themembersofevacuationgroupareinchargeofguidingmassestothesafevenuetoavoidanyunexpectedincident.疏散组：10人，由各部门人员组成，各部门总监、经理负责相关区域，人力资源总监为疏散组总负责人，任务是各部门疏散组成员，负责疏散指引所负责区域内的人员到达安全区域，防止发生意外安全事故。FireFightingGroup:4,consistofSecurityandleadbyashiftleader,inchargeoffirefightingandrescueworkthoughexistedfireequipmentsinthehotelbeforefirebrigadearriving.灭火组：4人，由保安部人员组成，由一名保安部主管负责，任务是在消防队到来之前，利用酒店现有消防器材及设备对火灾现场组织扑救。Keepthetrafficsmoothforquickevacuationandrescueteamarrivingatfiresiterapidlytoconductrescuework.需保证交通的顺畅，以便人员顺利疏散和救援队快速到达火灾现场，开展救援工作。AssociatesofSecurityshallassistguestsandassociatestogotoassemblyareaanddelimitwarningzone.保安部员工需协助客人及员工到达集合地点，做好现场警戒。AssistHRdepartmenttocollectassociate,stimecard.协助人力资源部收取员工考勤卡。WarningGroup,6,consistofSecurityandEngineering,leadbyaSecurityshiftleader,istotapethewarningalertexterior,layupwarningsign,delimitwarningzone,assistinblockingthesiteandinchargeofdutyinotherplaces.组建警戒组6人，由保安部人员和工程部人员组成，由一名保安部主管负责。在外围拉警戒带，放置警戒标志、划分警戒区，协助封锁现场，负责其它区域的正常当值。Engineering工程部Dutyengineershallconfirmthefollowingworksbeforeevacuation:值班工程师在疏散前切实落实以下工作：Firepumpandspraypumpopen.消防泵、喷淋泵已打开。Turnonorofftheswitchinthelow-tensionelectricityroomifneeded.低压配电房所有开关是否根据需要已打开或关闭。Checkifalltheliftsarebacktothefirstfloorandstop(exceptfirelift),andcheckifthereisguestorassociateinjuredinthelift.Startthehotellinkedsystem,soundthefirealarmfor15seconds,stopalltheliftsandlandthefirelifttothegroundforrescue,suse.(Engineering)检查电梯是否正常返回首层停止运行(消防电梯除外)，并检查电梯内是否有客人或员工受伤。酒店联动系统启动，响警铃15秒，所有电梯停止运行，将消防电梯迫降到地面仅供救援人员使用。(工程部)Lockthestoreroom,andkeepthestoreroomlistbytheappointedperson.库房需锁住，库房清单指定专人保存。Turnoffallthevalvesofoiltankandmastervalveofgas关闭储油罐所有阀门，关闭燃气总阀。Keepthefireequipmentslikesmokecontrolsystemandfireshutterworkinginorder.防排烟系统、防火卷帘门等消防设施设备处于正常工作状态。InthePowerSupplyRoomallelectricityexceptemergencylightingshallbecutoffafterreceivingtheevacuationorder.配电房在收到火警疏散通知后，关掉除应急照明以外的所有电源。Alltheboilersshallstopworking,checkgaskettle,turnoffgassupply,lightandlockthedoor.所有锅炉已停止工作，并检查日常储气罐，关闭供气阀门，关闭灯，锁上门。EngineeringMaintenanceGroup,10,consistofEngineering,isresponsibleforkeepingallfireequipmentsworkinginorderduringtheevacuation.成立工程维修保障组（10人，由工程部组成），负责保障消防演习期间所有设施设备的正常运作。HumanResources人力资源部Takeimportantfilestoassemblyarea.带上所有的重要文件到达疏散集合点。HRmanagershallcheckthemaleandfemalelocker,restroomstoensurenooneleft.人力资源部经理检查男女更衣室和卫生间，确保员工已安全撤离。Takethetimecardtoassociateassemblyarea.打卡记录送到员工集合地。DirectorofHumanResourcesshallcountheads,offerthedisappearancenamelist,andreporttothechiefcommander.人力资源负责人清点疏散总人数，提供失踪人员名单，向总指挥报告。Setupatemporaryfirstaidstationintheassemblyarea.在疏散集合点设立临时急救站。GiveFOassistancetodeliverthewoundedstafftohospital.协助前厅送伤员去医院。FrontOffice前厅部PersonInchargeofEvacuation:FrontOfficeManager疏散负责人：前厅部经理Setupapropagandadeskinthelobbyanddeliverthenoticeonfiredrillthedaybeforethedrill.演习前一天由前厅部在大堂设立宣传台以及有关消防演习事宜说明、通知等10事项。Paymoreattentiontothedisabledwhencheck-in,andoffertheroomnumbertohotelcommanderandfirebrigade.残疾客人在入住时就应重视，并将入住房间号给酒店指挥部和消防局。FrontOfficeManagershouldarrangeatemporaryrestplacesforguests,maketheexplanationandcalmtheguests.前厅部经理应为客人安排临时休息的场所，做好客人的解释和安抚工作。FrontOfficeManagershouldpreparetheIn-roomguestnamelist.前厅部经理准备好当日住店客人名单。Conciergeassistgueststoevacuatefrommainfirepassage,andensurenoguestleft.礼宾部协助疏散客人从主要通道疏散，并保证无客人被留下。GSMassiststocounttheguestheads.宾客服务经理协助清点客人人数。Ass.FrontOfficeManagershouldcheckBCandstore,andensuretheimportantfilesandgueststoevacuatetotheassemblyarea.前厅部副经理负责检查商务中心和商场，确保重要文件和客人疏散至集合地点。ConciergeshouldcooperatewithSecuritytopreventunconcernedpersonfromthehotel.礼宾部与保安部人员配合，阻止闲杂人员进入酒店。Driversshouldmoveallthecarstosafeplaceandcooperatewithfirstaidcentertotransferinjuredperson.司机把所有车辆开到安全点，并根据指示安排车辆配合急救人员转移伤员。Dellmenshouldassisttosmooththetrafficandpersons,avoidblockingthepassageforambulance.行李生协助疏散门前交通，保证疏散人员的正常流动和抢救车辆的通道不被堵塞。DrillingProgram演习开展：30July2014,15:00pm,thechiefcommanderannouncesthebeginningofdrill.2014年7月30日下午15点指挥小组组长（总指挥）宣布演习开始。11Hypotheticalfirepoint(RoomXX,triggerthesmokedetector)triggersfirealarmsystem,theondutyassociateinthefirecontrolcenterreleasethefirealarm,informthesecurityshiftleaderandGuestServiceCenter,thenGSCassociateinformGM,EAM,ExecutiveCommitteemembersanddepartmentheadsimmediately,andtheSecurityshiftleaderdirecttheevacuationgroupcometothesite.假设起火点(地点：xx房，点烟感)引起酒店消防系统报警，消防中心当值人员发布火警，立即通知当值保安部负责人和总机，由总机立即通知总经理、行政委员会成员及各部门负责人，由当值保安部负责人指挥疏散组到位进行疏散。FireExtinguishGrouprushtothesiteandusefireequipmentstheretoextinguishthefire.灭火组迅速赶赴现场利用消防器材进行灭火。Evacuationgroupbeginstoevacuatepeopletothesafearea.疏散组开始疏散楼层内所有人员至地面安全区域。Warninggroupblockthesitespeedyandkeeptheorderofmasseswhenarriving.警戒组到场后，迅速封锁现场，维持疏散人群秩序。MaintenanceGroupevacuatesthecrowd,offerlogisticguarantee.保障组到场后进行人流疏导，提供后勤保障。八.DrillingRequirements演习要求：Allassociatesfromdifferentdepartmentsshouldabidebytheinstructionsofthecommandergroup,accomplishthetasksloadedseriously.参与演习的各部门人员要服从指挥小组的统一指挥，认真完成所担负的任务，做到协调一致。Commandgroupisinchargeofthedirectionandcoordinatetherelevantissuesintime.指挥小组成员负责演习的指挥工作，及时协调演习相关事宜。Anyaccidentsinthedrill,reporttothecommandgroupintime.演习中如有意外情况，必须及时向指挥小组汇报。Thesameidentifyingshouldbewornbytheassociatesinthedrill.参与演习的工作人员需佩戴统一的标识。12EvacuationArrangement
