(NO2-N、NO3-N、NH4-N)、PO4-P、石油类、重金属(Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、As、Hg总Cr等共计19项。②沉积物:有机碳、石油类、硫化物、Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn、Hg、As、Cr等10项。③海洋生物体:选择当地经济生物体(贝类)体内Hg、Cr、Pb、Cd、Zn、As、Cu。④海洋生态:叶绿素a、浮游植物、浮游动物、底栖生物,潮间带生物(断面3(二)调查方法与分析方法GB17378-2007)GB/T12763-2007)中的有关技术要求进行。(三)评价方法本次环评水质参数的评价方法采用标准指数法。(1)一般水质参数的标准指数采用单因子标准指数法,评价模式如下:Pi=Ci/Si式中:Pi—i站要素的标准指数;Ci—i站要素的实测浓度,mg/L;Si—要素的评价标准值。(2)pH标准指数pH值有其特殊性,它的标准值为7.8~8.5,因此取上下限的平均值8.2,计算式为:式中:—pH值的标准指数;—pH值评价标准上限值;—pH值的实测值。(四)评价标准(1)水质评价标准表3.1-8。(2)沉积物评价标准GB18668-2002)中的第二类标准,本次海洋沉积物调查项目的第二类标准限值见表3.1-9。海水水质标准(GB3097-1997二类)(单位:mg/L)序号监测项目分析方法标准1水温(℃)表层水温表法2pHpH计法7.8~8.53盐度(S)盐度计法4悬浮物(SS)重量法人为增量≤105总碱度(mmol/L)pH法6CODMn碱性高锰酸钾法≤37NO2-N萘乙二胺分光光度法无机氮8NO3-N锌镉还原法(以氮计)9NH4-N次溴酸钠氧化法≤0.3010活性磷酸盐磷钼兰分光光度法≤0.030
