Themoldingdepartmentisequippedwithvariedprocessingandtestequipmentswithquantitymorethan40suchasTaiwanhighspeedprocessingcenter,carvingmachines,SodickWEDM-SL,SodickmirrorplaneEDM,moldclosingdevice,three-D,toolmicroscopeandsoon.About70staffsinmoldingdepartment,whereannualmanufacturingcapacityformulti-cavitymoldisapproximately300setsof本公司模具開發以熱流道為主流，大大提高了生產力。對“針點式、針閥式、直通式”熱流道系統結構及最佳流道幾何設計的相關技術有豐富經驗。對模具的設計開發墊定的堅實的技術基礎。現本部已開發成功的雙色模（有轉軸式的、有轉盤式的）。為全自動化生產提供了前沿技術條件。

Vision現公司長遠規劃：全自動化生產。

Company’slong-termplanning:fullautomationproduction模具不侵侵做單一單色模，單一雙色模。還要做一模多色生產。多色的產品在一次射出時完成所有動作。（有移動呵仔、有機械手傳送產品）。把單色模與雙色模串並生產，來提高生產力。

Thecompanynotonlyfocusonsingleone-colormold,doublecolormoldbutalsoonemoldwithmulti-color,achievingthatallstepscompleteinfirstejectionofmulti-colorproducts(movablecore,robottransmitproducts).Meanwhilethecompanyimplementsproductionappliedsinglecoloranddoublecolormoldtogetherastoraiseproductioncapacity.現公司已成功研制單色模與雙色機串並的生產模具，單色機與單色機通過機械手串并生產的技術已完全撐握。

Theplanningofloadingsingleanddoublecolormoldtogethertoproductionhasstartedandmoldhasbeenindeveloping.成立專門的試模驗証車間，為模具全自動化生產做全方位測試。試驗成功再交付生產部。

Thecompanywillestablishspecialworkshopformoldtrialvalidationtotestcomprehensivelymoldfullautomation.Oncetestsucceed,delivermoldtoproductiondepartment.模具部已增添高精密設備：全自動檢測帶全自動抄數3D的“三次元”（提高3D及2D的精準度）。沙迪克慢走絲及高速加工中心（所有模具零配件做到按圖加工，做到標準化一流模式。模具再河北及其它地方生產，修模配件由深圳抄圖加工並寄給組裝即可。）
