•EnsuresworkplacesafetyofallRoasterypartnersincludingretailpartnersandcustomersasnecessary.

•SupportsimplementationandexecutionofQualityAssuranceandRegulatoryComplianceprograms

•Managesestablishedbudgetincludingstaffing,materialsmanagement,productyield,supplyexpenses.Providesanalysis,recommendationsandimplementssolutions.

•Leadsandfacilitatestroubleshooting,actsonrootcauseanalysisofissuesandownsproblemsolving

Requirements:

•3+yearssupervisoryexperienceinmanufacturingenvironment

•2+yearsleadingcrossfunctionalteamsand/orprojects.

•Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelybothorallyandinwriting.

•Possessanalyticalandproblemsolvingskills.

•FamiliaritywithAIB,HACCP,andGMPstandards.
