柜货（门对门装柜）（CY/CY）订舱成功后，我司会提供发货人“工厂自装箱通知”（附件3）和“场站收据”，用以提空箱。NYKLogisticswillreleasedockreceiptandbookingsummary（Exhibit3）forvendorstopickupemptycontainersforloadingthegoods.货物装箱时，必须按定单号（PO#）、款号（SKU#）顺序分清装柜，不可混装Cargoistobeloadedbypurchaseordernumber,bySKUnumber.除非是同一定单号(PONo.)的货物体积超出一个集装箱的容量或者货物重量超过了最大货物装载重量，否则不可以将同一定单号的货物分装在多个柜子里。同一定单号(PONo.)的货物不可以分两条船出运。（例外：获得WalmartMexico确认的PO，可以分不同的船出运。）Apurchaseordershouldneverbesplitintotwoormorecontainersunlessthevolumeexceedsonecontainer.Apurchaseordershouldnevershiponmorethanonevessel.(unlessspecificallyapprovedbyWalmartMexico)WalmartMexico要求，必须从每个定单下的每个款号中各取一箱样箱放在集装箱最靠门口处。WalmartrequiresonesamplecartonfromeachSKU#tobeplacedatthecontainerdoor.发货人在工厂装柜时货物须达到的最低装货立方数如下表所示：Vendorsmustmeetthefollowingminimumcubicmeterrequirements集装箱尺寸EquipmentSize最低装货立方数MinimumLoadRequirement20’平箱D20 29.00 cbm40’平箱D40 57.50 cbm40’高箱D40HC 65.00 cbm45’平箱D45 75.00 cbm40’冷高箱RD40HC 60.00 cbm如果没有达到以上最低装货立方数的要求，货物必须送至日邮物流仓库拼箱出运。CargomustbedeliveredtoNYKLwarehouseforconsolidationifcargocouldn’tmeettheaboveminimumloadrequirement.工厂装柜时货物毛重不得超过以下规定Vendorsmustnotexceedthefollowingweightlimitforeachcontainertype:集装箱尺寸EquipmentSize 最高装货毛重MaximumCargoweight20’平箱D20 20,000kg40’平箱D40 20,000kg40’高箱D40HC 20,000kg45’平箱D45 20,000kg40’冷高箱RD40HC 20,000kg请优先使用40’高箱和45’平箱。UseofEquipment:40’HighCubeand45’containers(whenavailable)ispreferred发货人必须在我司规定的递交装柜明细表的时间之前，通过e-Booking系统，将每一个集装箱的装柜明细表（ContainerLoadingPlan）递交给我司。我司将在订舱明细上显示递交装柜明细表的具体时间。装柜明细表需包括以下内容：VendorsshouldsubmitContainerLoadingInformationtoNYKLogisticsbeforetheCYLoadPlanSubmissionCutoff(SICutoff).VendorsshouldrefertotheSIcut-offlistedinNYKLogisticse-Bookingsystem.Thecontainerloadplanshouldincludethefollowingdetails:a.ContainerNumber/SealNumberbCarrierSO#c.LadenContainerGateinDated.Thetotalquantities,weightandvolume(cbm)atItemlevel 装柜明细表上所显示的定单号,SKU#等资料的顺序必须与实际装箱顺序一致。PONumber,SKUNumberdetailsshouldbeupdatedaccordingtotheactualloadingsequence. 装柜明细表（ContainerLoadingPlan）中公斤数必须保留整数，立方数必须保留两位小数。NodecimalpartisacceptedforthecolumnofKGS.ForcolumnofCBM,allthenumbershouldbeexpressedasmaximumtwodigitsafterdecimalpoint.如系工厂自装、自集、自报货物，发货人有责任将集装箱在截港前送入船公司指定的港口并完成相关报关手续。如果未能及时送入，发货人需要及时通知我司，并提交更改托单。Pleasebeadvisedthatitisvendors’responsibilitytodelivertheladencontainerstocarrier'sCYterminalbeforetheCYclosing.VendorsshouldsubmitrevisedbookingtoNYKLogisticsshouldthecontainersfailtomaketheCYclosingtime.我司将基于发货人提供信息向船公司发送预报舱单信息。所以，发货人需要确保，向我司提供准确的装箱信息。否则，发货人将承担由此产生的更改或其他费用。Basedontheinformationprovidedbyvendors,NYKLogisticswillprepareShippingInstructiontocarrierfortheUS24hrsAdvancedManifestRuleandBillofladingpreparation.VendorsshouldensurethattheContainerLoadingInformationprovidedtoNYKLogisticsisaccurate.Otherwiseapenaltyforamendingshippinginstructiontocarriersmaybechargedtothevendor.

入仓货（CFS/CY）工厂必须持我司的送货通知（附件2）在送货通知指定的时间内送货到我司指定的仓库。NYKLogisticsCargoDeliveryNotice(Exhibit2)isrequiredforcargodeliverytoNYKLogisticswarehouse.Vendorcannotarrangemorethantwodeliveriesagainstthesameshippingorder.Otherwise,revisedbookingsshouldbesubmittedtoNYKLogistics.除非Walmart确认，否则不允许同一PO分批出运。Walmartdoesnotallowpartialshipmentsagainstpurchaseorder(unlessspecificallyapprovedbyWalmart)每个SO下个所有PO都必须完整出运。EachPurchaseOrderintheS/Omustbedeliveredinfull.同一托单的分批送货必须在2个工作日内完成。Partialdeliveryagainstthesameshippingordermustbemadewithin2workingdays如有任何短装，必须更改托单；如果剩余货物以出运，发货人必须重新递交新的托单；如果剩余的货物不再出运，发货人需要通知我司取消单。Ifthereisashortshipment,againsttheSO,pleasesubmitrevisedbookingtoNYKLogisticsfordeliveryofthebalanceofcargolater.Ifthebalanceofthecargoeswillnotbedelivered,pleaseadviseNYKLogisticsofthecancellation.如果收货人要求，我司将会要求发货人把货物送到其他的仓库。请发货人务必在交货前核对送货通知上的仓库地址。NYKLogisticsmaydirectvendortodelivercargoestootherwarehousesifrequired.PleasecheckthewarehouseaddresswhichshowsinCargoDeliveryNotice.所有的货物必须按照定单号（PONo.）、款货（SKU#）理清送货。否则，发货人将承担由此引起的理货费用。AllcargoesmustbesortedbyPO#,SKU#,priortocargodelivery.Otherwise,vendorsaresubjecttoanysortingchargesincurred我司仓库会检查纸箱货物外包装的完好情况。同时我司还将核对货物的箱唛以及纸箱上的数字是否和托单上的相符合。如货物进仓后无任何问题，我司仓库会发放一张收货单给司机。NYKLogisticsWarehousewillcheckthecartoncondition.NYKLogisticswillalsochecktheshippingmarksandnumbersonthecartonsagainstthosespecifiedonshippingorder.AMateReceipt,whichForwarderCargoReceiptwillbereleasedagainst,willbeissuedifallcargoesreceivedareofsoundcondition.发货人送货前必须收到司的通知书，否则，发货人需承担由此引起的所有额外费用。VendormusthavecargodeliverynoticefromNYKLogisticspriortocargoesdelivery.Otherwise,vendorswillberesponsibleforanychargesincurred货如果堆存在我司的仓库里超过14天仍未出运，发货人将承担超期堆存费。由收货人确认的情况除外。ForcargoesstorageinNYKLogisticsmorethan14days,thestoragechargesincurredareforvendor'saccountunlesstheholdofcargoiscaused/requestedbycustomer.任何晚于“最晚出运日”出运的货物，必须得到WalmartMexico的确认才能出货。遇到这种情况的时候，发货人在送货前必须得到我司的确认，否则，发货人将承担由此产生的一切费用和责任。Forcargoesdeliveredafterthe“LatestShipDate”asstipulatedonthePO,NYKLogisticsmustobtainapprovalfromWalmart.VendormusthaveconfirmationfromNYKLogisticspriortocargoesdelivery.Otherwise,vendorswillberesponsibleforanychargesincurred.对于Walmart的货物，准时出运就意味着，货物在规定的最早和最晚出运日之间上船。我司将尽量安排符合规定的最早的船。同时，船公司截止时间延误也可能导致不准时出运，请注意查看我司系统上的截止时间。Walmartdefinestheon-timeshipmentasthevesselwithsaildatebetweenShipWindowStartDatetoShipWindowEndDate.NYKLwillplanonsoonestavailablevesseloncereceiptthecargoeitherwithintheShipWindowornot.ItisdependsofCFSclosingofthevesselandmaybelateshipmentoccurred.PleaserefertheCFSclosingofthevesselatNYKLe-bookingforupdatedetails.散货拼箱或空运货LCLProgramorAirShipmentWalmartMexico在一般情况下不安排散货拼箱，如有需要，我司会和WalmartMexico确认。WalmartdeMexicoistypicallynotutilizingLCLmode,howeverintheeventthiswouldoccurwouldinstructionforarrangementbeprovidedbyWalmartonshipmentbyshipmentbasis.空运货会有WalmartMexico指定的空运承运商负责。AirfreightshipmentsarehandledbyWalmart’sspecificallynominatedairfreightprovider

起运港报关文件CustomsDeclarationDocumentation发货人必须以实申报，缮制一套正确完整的报关用文件(包括许可证或政府部门要求的其他证书)。Alltheshippersmustpreparethecorrectinformationoncustomsdeclarationdocuments.AndafullsetofthedeclarationdocumentsmustbesubmittedtotheCustoms,includingexportlicenseorothercertificaterequirebytheofficialgovernment.所有入仓货物及委托我司安排托车的工厂自行装箱货物，必须由我司代理报关，不接受发货人自行报关；如发货人要求自己安排拖车，自己装箱的货物，发货人必须自己报关，我司不代理报关。对于我司代理报关的货物，发货人须提交下列正本报关文件：ShippersmustappointNYKLasthecustomsbrokerforallCFSshipmentandallshipperloadedcontainers,whichNYKLarrangetrucking.Ifshippersareresponsiblefortruckingandloadingcontainers,theyshouldtakeresponsibilityforcustomsdeclaration.IfsuppliersappointNYKLascustomsbroker,pleaseprovideoneoriginalofeachdocumentasfollowings:A.报关单(1份)；CUSTOMSDECLARATIONBILL(One)*上海海关自2004年11月15日起启用全国海关统一的新版海关通用业务单证（报关单）a.每张报关单最多不得超过5个海关编码，每份报关单最多不得超过20个海关编码。报关单上请务必注清中文品名。（中英文品名必须同托单上所注相一致）。Onesheetofthisbillcanonlyshow5HSnumbers.Andonebillcanonlycontain20HSnumbers.DescriptionofthecargoesinbothEnglishandChinesemustbeshownonthedeclarationbill.(Thedescriptionmustbethesameasthebooking.)b.报关单必须用打字机缮制，并加盖企业的十位数编码章和报关专用章。Thedeclarationbillmustbepreparedbytypewriter.PleasealsochoptheHSnumberanddeclarationstamponthebill. D.正本代理报关委托书(1份)；ORIGINALTRUSTNEEDOFCUSTOMSDECLARATIONAGENCY(One) *自2004年12月1日起启用新版报关委托书。a.栏目全部填妥，并加盖公章和法人代表章。Fillinalltheitemsrequired.Chopyourcompany'sstampandthecorporationrepresentative'spersonalstamp.b.中英文品名要详细注明，如不能笼统称“木制品”，“铁制品”“圣诞礼品”等。ProvidecompleteandcleardescriptioninbothEnglishandChinese.Thefollowingdescriptionshouldnotbeshown:e.g.woodenproducts,castironproducts,Christmaspresents,etc.. E.核销单(1份)需盖齐下列印章：FOREIGNEXCHANGEDOCUMENT(HEXIAODAN)(One) a.企业代码章Stampofcompany'sexportingcode b.企业名称章Stampofcompany’sname c.骑缝处盖企业公章Stampofcompany’snameatthesheetconnectionofHEXIAODANF.申报要素说明并加盖企业公章a.上海海关自2010年10月1日起执行此规范申报要求。b.发货人提供的申报要素说明上必须显示申报的货物品名、用途、品牌、材质、标签、标牌、印字及印刷等信息。详情请参照上的规定。G.涉及知识产权的货物须提供正本“知识产权状况补充申报单”，并加盖公章和法人代表章。Cargoinvolvedinrightofintelligenceshouldfillinthe“RIGHTOFINTELLECTUALITYPROPERTYSTATUSDECLARATIONFORM”.Pleasechopthecompany'snamestampandthecorporationrepresentative'spersonalstamponit.H.报关手册IMPORTEDRAWMATERIALRECORDBOOKa.一票货物一份托单只能用一本手册。如一份托单涉及两本手册，请将报关单及报关文件拆成两票方可报关。手册号必须显示在报关单上。onebookingcanonlyuseonerecordbook.Ifonebookingmustusetworecordbooks,pleasepreparetwosetsofalltheotherrelateddocuments,includingcustomsdeclarationbill.Thenumberofeachrecordbookmustbeshownontherespectivecustomsdeclarationbill.b.手册有多个品名的话，请列明所报货物的序号。ifthereismorethanonedescriptionontherecordbook,pleaselisttheorderofthedescriptions.I.代办商检证书换单的货物须提供：Ifyourcompanywantsourcompanytoworkastheagencyforchangingthecertificateofthecommodityinspection,pleaseprovide: a.正本商检换证凭单originalexchangingbillofthecommodityinspectionb.正本发票,装箱单,报关单各一份originalcommercialinvoice,packinglistandthecustomsdeclarationbillc.副本销售合同copyofthecontractd.正本报检委托书(加盖公章和法人代表章)originaltrustdeed.e.电子换单只需电子换单凭证副本，无需上述文件。ifitistelex-releasedcommodityinspection,itisnotnecessarytoprovideabovedocuments.Onecopyoftheexchangingbillwillbeacceptable. J.代办熏蒸证书的货物须提供下列文件（手书不接受）：ifyourcompanywantsourcompanytoworkastheagencyforpreparingthefumigationandthecertificate(allthefollowingdocumentsmustbepreparedbytypewriter):a.正本发票、装箱单、报关单各一份originalcommercialinvoice,packinglistandcustomsdeclarationbillb.副本销售合同copyofthecontractc.副本熏蒸业务联系单及熏蒸委托声明书copyofthefumigationcontactlistandthetrustdeedofthefumigation d.正本报检委托书（加盖公章和法人代表章） originaltrustdeed. K.其它海关要求的文件Alltheotherdocumentsrequestedbythecustoms3. 各种原因报关后无法按计划出运而需另行报关出口，发货人有责任根据海关的规定，另行提供一套报关文件，配合我司重新报关。Iftheshipmentweren’tonboardofthescheduledvessel,theshipperwouldhavetheobligationofprovidinganewsetofthedocumentsforre-declarationofnextsailing.4. 建议提供一份盖章的报关单，委托书及二份盖章的空白A4纸以应急需。Wesuggestshipperstoprovideonemorechoppedcustomsdeclarationbill,choppedtrustdeedandchoppedblankpaperinanemergencyhappens.

清关文件SubmissionofDocumentWalmartMexico暂不通过我司向发货人收清关文件Notapplicable–WalmartdeMexicoisatthistimenotrequiringNYKLtocollectcommercialdocumentsfromvendorsfordispatchtodestinationparties.货物收据（FCR）的发放IssuanceofForwarder’sCargoReceipt我司基于发货人提供的信息，签发FCR给发货人。NYKLogisticswillissueNYKLforwarder’scargoreceipts(FCR)toindividualsuppliersinaccordancewithinformationprovidedbysuppliers. 我司将会在收到完整无损的货物后48小时内货物收据确认件及发票给发货人。DraftFCRwillbefaxedoremailtovendorswithin48hoursaftercargoreceiptinsoundcondition.ItwillalsobeavailableontheeBookingsystemforyourreview.如需更改FCR内容请及时联系我司。发货人如需在我司的SI截止日之后更改正本货物收据上的内容，则需要承担相应的更改费（AMS更改费及FCR更改费）。IfanyamendmentontheFCRisneeded,pleasenotifyNYKLogisticsimmediately.IfanyamendmentismadeafterNYKLogisticsCYLoadPlanSubmissionCutoff(SIcutoff),anamendmentfeepersetwillbeincurredforeachtimeitisamended.船开并收到内陆费用后我司将向发货人签发一份
