rstructures.Thepartseasymechanicallydamagedandrelativelyshorterbranchesmaybeprotectedbyhoseswhichlengthsareshorterthan2m.3.2.3.Thepowersupplyoftheelevatorhadbetterbeprovidedbyaspecialswitchindividually.Thepowerlinemustnotbelaidinthesameductorwaytogetherwithotherconductors.Afterthepowerlinesgoingintothemachinerooms,separatepowerandilluminationswitchesforeachelevatorshouldbearrangedneartothedoorswhereconvenientforoperation.3.2.4.Thepowerlinesandthecontrolcircuitshavebelaidseparately,andthemicro-signalandelectroniccircuitsshouldbelaidindividuallyaccordingtotherequirementsoftheproductsorwithanti-interferencemeasures.3.2.5.Distancebetweenwireducts,wire-channels,cabletraysetc.andthemovablecabins,thesteelropesetc.shouldbemorethan50mminthemachineroomand20mmintheverticalwell.3.2.6.Thewireductsandthewirechannelsinstalledintheverticalwellshouldbeconvenientformaintenanceandtheverticalmainductsandchannelshavebetterbeinstalledonthewellwallneartothecallingbuttons.3.2.7.Installationofthewirechannelsshouldcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:.Thewirechannelsshouldbeflatwithouttorsionanddeformation,burrontheinternalwalls..Thejointsshouldbeflat,connectingplatesbetight,troughcoversbecompleteandflatcoveringwithoutbendingedges..Theoutletsshouldbepositionedcorrectlywithoutburrs.3.2.8.Installationofthemetallichosesshouldbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:.Withoutmechanicaldamageandloosing..Installationofthehosesshouldbekeptasflataspossible,whilethebendingradiusshouldbenolessthan4timesofthehoseexternaldiameter..Itisbettertousespecialjointsforconnectionwiththechambersandtheboxesaswellasequipments..Installationofthecabinetsshouldbekeptfromvibrationandoscillation.Forthemovablepartfittedwiththemechanismitslengthshouldsatisfythemovementlimitofthemechanismpartandthebothendsshouldbereliablyfixed.3.2.9.Thechambersandtheboxesshouldbeinstalledflatly,stablywithoutdeformation.Edgesofthebuttonboxesandindicatinglampboxesembeddedintothewallshouldnotbeprotrudedfromthedecoratingsurfaces.Gapsbetweenthefaceplatesoftheboxesandthewallsshouldbeuniformandnolargerthan1.5mm.3.2.10.Thelayingoftheconductorshouldcomplywithfollowingrequirements:.Beforelaying-outitisnecessarytocleanupaccumulatedwateranddirtinsidetheductsandthechannelsofthewires..Totalsectionalareaoftheconductorsshouldnotexceed60%ofnetsectionalareaofthechannelsor40%fortheducts..Forcedpartsoftheconductorsatthebendingsectionsofthewirechannelsshouldbeprotectedbyinsulationmaterialsandverticalpartsoftheconductorsshouldbefixedreliably..Theconductorsshouldadoptprotectionmeasureswhenthereisnotspecialprotectivemouthfortheinlet-outletofthewireductsandthewirechannels..Itisnecessarytokeepenoughspareconductorswhoselengthisequaltothelongestconductorinthechamberorthebox..Wireconnectionshouldbecorrectandtheconductorendsshouldbeclearlymarkedwithitswiringnumber.3.2.11.Installationoftheelevatorcabletraysshouldcomplywithfollowingrequirements:.Forinstallationofthecabletraysintheverticalwellsthecablesshouldbeavoidedfrominstallationinthesameverticalcrosspositionwiththesteelbeltsofthefloorlevelselectors,steelropesofthespeedlimiters,limitswitches,positionlimitswitches,speedreducingswitches,inductorsandweights..Installationofthecabletrayswiththeductsandthechannelsshouldnotblocktheelevatorcablesoscillatinginservice..Thecabletraysshouldbeinstalledonwalloftheverticalwellat1/2ofnormalliftingheightoftheelevatorplus1.5mexpectthecablesdirectlyrunningintothemachineroomandthetraysareinstalledontopoftheverticalwell..Installationdirectionofthetraysatthebottomofthecabinshouldbeinthesamedirectionofthetraysintheverticalwell.3.2.12.Installationoftheelevatorcablesshouldbeinaccordancewithfollowingrequirements:.Fixthecableswiththecabletrays..Carryoutbindthecablesuniformly,firmlyandreliablyandthebindinglengthis30mm~70mm..Cablelaid-outlengthshouldexceedthebottomendstationofthecabinandhaveremainderoutofthecompressionbuffer..Thecablesshouldbesuspendedfreelytowithdrawfromtwistinadvancebeforeinstallationandthecablesshouldnothaveanyknotandwave-typetwistafterinstallation.Lengthofthemulti-cablesshouldbethesame..Non-movablepartsofthecablesshouldbefixedwiththeclampsat1.5mabove1/2oftheliftingheight.3.3.Installationoftheelectricalapparatuses3.3.1.Considerreasonablearrangement,convenientmaintenanceandsaferoutineinspectionforinstallationofthedistribution,controlcabinetsandpanels.Verticaldeviationshouldbelessthan1.5‰.3.3.2.Followingrequirementsshouldbereferifinstallationpositionisnotspecifiedbythedesign:.Thecabinetsandthepanelsshouldbeawayfromthedoorsandthewindowsasfaraspossibleanddistancestothefrontofthedoorsandthewindowsarenotlessthan600mm..Thedistancebetweenthemaintenancesideofthecabinetsorthepanelsandthewallsshouldbemorethan600mmanddistancefortheclosedsideofthecabinetsandpanelsmaynotbelessthan50mm..Forcabinetsandpanelswithmaintenancefrombothsidesinstalledinlinethebothendshadbetterremainentranceandexitpathwayswithwidthnolessthan600mmwhenwidthsofthecabinetsorthepanelsexceed5m..Distancesbetweenthecabinetsorthepanelsandthemechanicalequipmentshadbetterbenotlessthan500mm.3.3.3.Installationofthefloorlevelselectorsandthefloorstationindicatorsshouldcomplywithfollowingrequirements:.Basedonthemechanicalspeedratioandthefloorheightratiocheckandadjustthepositionsofthedynamicandstaticcontactswhichshouldbeidenticaltothatofoperationandstopoftheelevators..Thearrangementofthecontactgroupofthefloorlevelselectorshouldbeflatandupright.Verticaldeviationshouldbelessthan1‰..Theadvanceofthequick-slowgearshiftingcontactsforsingleandmultiplefloorsshouldbeproperlyadjustedbasedonthereductiontimeoftheelevatoranddistancebetweenfloors..Thejointsonthecontactboardsofthefloorindicatorsshouldbeproperlyconnectedinseriesbasedonheightofthefloors..Thecontactsshouldactreliablyandcontactwithaslightcompressionmarginaftercontact.3.3.4.Installationofthedryspringtube-magnetsteelinductorsshouldcomplywithfollowingrequirements:.Theinductorsandtheinducedplatesshouldbefixedfirmlytopreventfromloosing.Frictionshouldnotbeproducedbynormaloperationoftheelevatorandcollisionmustbeforbidden..Theinductorsandtheinducedplatesshouldbeinstalledflatandupright.Gapsofbothsidesforinsertionshouldbeasidenticalaspossible..Theinducedplatesshouldbeadjustedinupanddown,leftandrightdirectionsandtheboltsbetightenedreliablyafteradjustment..Whenthefloorlevelinductorsarearrangedonthefloorsilloftheelevatorlevels,distancesoftheup-downfloorinductorstothemiddleoftheinducedplatesshouldbeidentical.Theadvanceinductorsforthedoorsshouldbeinstalledinmiddleoftheinducedplates..Afterinstallationoftheinductorsthecoversofthemagnetsteelboxesshouldbecoveredreliablyandthemagnetsteelshortcircuitboardsbetakenoff.3.3.5.Duringinstallationoftheclosedbrakesofthetractionenginesitsbrakeshoesshouldhaveclosecontactwiththeworkingsurfacesofthebrakewheels.Whenreleasingthebrakesthebrakeshoesofbothsidesshouldleavethewheelsurfacessimultaneously.Tightnessoftheshoeswiththebrakewheelsshouldbesetinthiswaythatthecabinwillnotslidedownduringthestaticloadtestanditwillbecomfortableinsidethecabinwhenstartingandbrakingelevator.Whentheelevatorsarerunningtheactionofthebrakesshouldbequickandreliableandthebrakeshoeshavenofrictionwiththebrakewheels.3.4.Safetyprotection3.4.1.Kindsoftheprotectionswitchesshouldbefixedfirmlyandnotallowedtobefixedbywelding.Theswitchesshouldnotbedisplaced,damagedandactedwronglybycollisionoftheelevatorinnormaloperationandnormaloscillationofthesteelropes,steelbeltsandleatherbeltsafterinstallation.3.4.2.Theswitchesshouldactreliablyinfollowingconditionstoforcetheelevatortoslowdownorstopimmediatelyafterinstallthesafetyprotectionswitchesfittedwiththemechanism:.Thesteelbelts,steelropesandthechainsofthefloorlevelselectorsareslackordropofthetensionpulleyisgreaterthan50mm..Dropofthebalancewheelofthespeedlimiterisgreaterthan50mm..Speedofthelimiterreach95%ofthethreshold..Anysteelropeisbreakorthedragrodsofthesafetyclampshaveacted..Capacityoftheelevatorhasexceeded10%oftheratedone..Whicheverhalldoororcabindoorhasnotbeenclosedorlockedup..Thesafetywindowofthecabinisopen.3.4.3.Carryoutfollowinginspectionsforthesafetyprotectiondevicesintheelectricalsystemafterinstallation:.Checkandadjusttheprotectiverelaysincludingunder-voltage,over-current,over-load,weakexcitation,over-speed,reversedphase,cut-offphase,speeddivisionandetc.accordingtothedesignrequirements..Mechanicalandelectricalinterlocksforopeningandclosingthedoor,themaindirectionrelayandthedirectioncontactorshouldactquickly,accuratelyandreliably..Thebuttonsandtheswitchesforemergencystop,maintenanceandsequencechange-overshouldactquicklyandreliably.3.4.4.Thelimiting,cagingandspeedslow-downdevicesshouldensurethattheelevatordoesnotexceedthelimitpositionrunningbetweenthetopandbottomendstationsinemergencycondition,butnotreplacethefunctionsofthenormalspeedreductionandfloorleveldevicesoftheelevator.3.4.5.Installationofthestopwheelsandthestopironsforthelimiting,cagingandspeedslow-downdevicesshouldcomplywithfollowingrequirements:.Thestopironsshouldhavenotorsionanddeformation.Thestopwheelsoftheswitchesshouldactflexibly..Thestopironsshouldbeerectedverticallywithtolerancenogreaterthan1‰andmaximumtolerancewillbenogreaterthan3mmexceptitsbevelface..Theswitchesandthestopironsshouldbeinstalledfirmlyandtheon-offstopwheelsandthestopironsshouldbecontactedreliablyandgapsfromthewheeledgestotheironedgesnolessthan5mminwhatevercases..Switchcontactsshouldactreliablyafterthestopwheelsareincontactwiththestopirons.Noblockingoccurswhilethewheelsaremovingalongwholestrokeoftheironsandthewheelsshouldhaveaslightcompressionmargin.3.4.6.Theconductorsshouldremainapropermarginoflengthafterinstallthelimiting,cagingandspeedslow-downswitches.Whenthecabinsillis50mm~200mmhigherthanthesillsoftopandbottomendstationsthestopironshouldcontactwiththestopwheeltocutouttheswitchquickly.3.4.7.InstallationofthelimitingswitchesforanACelevatorshouldbeinaccordancewithfollowingrequirements:.Thesteelropesshouldbelaidflatlyinhorizontalandverticaldirectionsrespectively.Thenumberoftheguidepulleyshouldnotexceedtwopieceswiththepulleywayregulatedinastraightlineandwithflexiblemov
