Area成都位于川西平原腹地,土地总面积1239万平方公里,辖9区4市6县,2001年末总人口超过10199万,是四川省省会,西南科教、商贸、金融中心,是一座具有2300多年历史的文化名城,拥有独具魅力的巴蜀文化和丰富的情趣各异的旅游胜地。温江位于成都平原腹心,辖6镇4街道,面积277平方公里,总人口32.67万。温江是4000多年前古蜀鱼凫王国的发祥地,一直是川西政治、经济、文化重镇,是成都市中心城区重要组成部分。中国China四川Sichuan成都ChenduChengdu

Area基地内建筑主要以居住为主,大量的农田和苗圃集中分布在各个地块;地势平坦,有较发达的自然水系贯穿其中,其中江安四支渠位于温江区和盛镇和万春镇,由江安河取水,经万春镇、和盛镇等地流入金马河,四支渠全长约7.8Km,为其主要的灌溉性渠道;纵穿基地的成青旅游快速通道和已规划的物流大道是基地主要交通性干道,并且基地内主要公共设施分布在道路两侧。Architectures

Transportationꢀꢀ本项目作为旅游商品交易中心,与作为旅游和度假区的“国色天乡”和“云湖天乡”互相补充、互相促进。西南主题旅游商贸城将是来“国色天乡”、“云湖天乡”的旅游人群的旅游商品购物天堂,并能为后者凝聚庞大的商务旅游客群;而后者除为本项目带来旅游购物客群之外,还将成为项目所需的配套娱乐、休闲、度假场所,满足本项目的目标客群的相关需求。云湖天乡三大项目将各具特色,以独有的产业形态,互补互动,形成温江配套完善、产业配置良好、产品品质优良的旅游经济片区,增大旅游规模,扩大影响力;三大项目将共同形成温江北部片区经济的发展极及辐射极;西南主题旅游商贸城在这一过程中将发挥非常重要的作用。As

PLAN1-Masterplan规划结构在综合研究现状景观条件、经济发展要求和空间构成规律的基础上,规划地块结构可概括为:“一心、一环、两轴、三片”。使该地区成为功能分区明确、土地利用优化、空间特色鲜明、景观序列丰富的有机整体。“一心”作为整个规划地块的核心区域,主干交通的交汇处,集聚了研发、办公、酒店、交通等综合功能,同时作为整个区域的枢纽,将发挥其核心作用。同时,也是规划区域的景观中心。实现各功能元素间的和谐共生,协调发展。“一环”体现和谐共生,有序发展的环形景观生

态走廊贯穿整个规划区域,形成主要景观构架,同时连接了国色天乡、云湖天乡等生态资源,作为其景观的延续与渗透,以形成良好的旅游景观系统。“两轴”成青旅游快速通道承担着连接成都和青城山之间的旅游干线及城市交通生活干道的功能,沿线设置了主要城市公共建筑,以及体现区域特色的大量标志性建筑,也向区外展示其亮点的一条主要景观轴线。物流大道主要承担城市货运物流的功能,与成青旅游快速通相交处采取下穿形式,以减轻对商贸城及其他功能区域的干扰,创造便捷、流畅的货运系统。“三片”本规划区域通过合理布局,有效组织,形成商务商贸区,生活配套区,城市公共建筑区三个不同的功能区片,三片区彼此独立又相互联系,最终实现规划的可实施与操作性。PlanningStructureOn

PLAN2-Masterplan规划结构在综合研究现状景观条件、经济发展要求和空间构成规律的基础上,规划地块结构可概括为:“一走廊,两轴线、三片区”。使该地区成为功能分区明确、土地利用优化、空间特色鲜明、景观序列丰富的有机整体。“一走廊”一条连续的生态水系惯穿整个规划区域,以实现在景观上的相互渗透和联系,增加各地块人气的凝聚力,优化各地块规划环境,如居住,商业等,充分体现其生态旅游主题。“两轴线”两轴分别指物流大道和成青旅游快速通道,成青旅游快速通道承担着连接成都和青城山之间的旅游干线及城市交通生活干道的功能,沿线设置了主要城市公共建筑,以及体现区域特色的大量标志性建筑,也向区外展示其亮点的一条主要景观轴线。“三片区”1.商务商贸区:此片区作为整个规划的核心规划功能区域,努力营造一种浓厚的商业旅游氛围。商贸区将包括设计研发中心、信息服务中心企业总部、商贸展示城、物流仓储区。商贸产业主要以文化风情产品、主题旅游产品、小商品、其他特色商品为主要产业形态,包括国际、国内的旅游商品及小商品。2.生活配套区域采取欧洲小镇的设计风格,配置不同的社会服务、商业、市政和文化设施;居住、商业、绿化、设施等均衡分配,创造怡人的高尚生活社区,使之成为理想的居所。3.城市的公共设施部分采取城市的公共设施集中布置,包括医院、酒店、消防中心、中学、交通中心等。分别选择不同地块有效设置,服务于规划区域,完善其配套设施。PlanningStructureOn
