The usage and features of the machine(1) The usage The GSB-2C(1D) series hydraulic swing arm cutting machines are mainly used in industry to cut the soft plastic sheet, leather, fiber, cotton textiles, cardboard or other similar materials by die cutting.(2) The featuresFlywheels use the inertia st

4、oring energy, instantaneous cutting materials, and the cutting force is large, energy consumption is low.Column, arm, piston and other parts are all made of high quality steel and durable in use.There is an automatic oil supply function. It can lubricate the system automatically, which will help red

5、uce abrasion and extend the life time.The precision is high and the cutting quality is improved by using the electronic time delay circuit to control the lower limit position of the stroke.Using the hand wheel to adjust the height from the arm to the work table is easier, more convenient and safer w

6、hen you are going to choose the die cutting and material The cutting pressure is mainly the following: 100KN, 120KN, 180KN, and 200KN; The width of the arm contains: 300mm, 320mm, and 350mm; The above types can meet the different production requirements of different customers.2. Then lift the machine with lifting equipment to the installation ground. Note: When lifting, the original crosstie can not be removed, and make

10、it tied tighten to the work table by the arm. It can avoid damage to the hand wheels, handles, electrical and other components caused by the freely swing arm. (If conditions permit, youd better move the machine by a forklift shoveling the bottom.)Remove the packing material, put the machine in the w

11、orkplace, and underlay three damping rubber at the three under-chassis.Rotate the hand wheel counterclockwise, and remove the crosstie cushions between the worktables.Remove the cover of the side-window, and add corresponding capacity of L-HM-47 # hydraulic oil to the oil basin according to differen

12、t machine series.Note: Please make sure to add enough oil, and you can judge it by watching if the liquid surface just overwhelms the manifold block under the solenoid valve.Connect the machine with the matched power according to the electrical schematic diagram, and ground reliably!Remove the front

13、 cover.Open the operation switch of the motor.Watch the rotation direction of the wheel, making its direction the same to the direction of the arrow, run for a minute, and then try several times no-load operations.Turn of the power switch, then the machine stops running.Install the side cover and th

14、e front cover.4. Debugging of the machineRotate the time delay locator (namely the blanking timer) which is on the arm to a minimum.Put the material which is to be cut on the shim plate of the work table.Place the die cutting on the material being cut.Move the arm above the die cutting, and aim at t

15、he centerline of the die cutting as far as possible.Rotate the hand wheel( when rotate clockwise the arm hangs down, and when rotate counterclockwise it hangs up ), making the distance from the underside of the arm to the upper side of the die cutting equals 10mm.Turn on the motor operation switch,

16、and the motor function normally.Press the two blanking buttons on the arm the same time with two hands to test the knife. Rotate the locator button on the arm making the material cut just by the die cutting. If the die cutting cuts too deep, you should turn the potentiometer a little down, on the co

17、ntrary, turn it a little up.Work after tightening the button on the arm.Note: You should re-adjust the potentiometer when changing the die cutting or the material, because the voltage fluctuation will affect the depth and accuracy of the blanking.5. Maintenance and Upkeep of machineAll the maintenan

18、ce and repair work should be in the machine to stop running and the power turned off.Electrical components should always keeping clean, dryClean the machine every day before work off, checking for loose screws, pay special attention to check the bolts on the top cap, tighten timely if looseningHydra

19、ulic oil in the machine using for 2,000 hours or less than one year must be replaced with new oil, especially for the new machine. Clean up the oil tank and oil filter at the same timeCheck the oil level, if less than the minimum level, replenish with the same grade of hydraulic oil. If the pump noi

20、se increase or the machine inability, check whether the filter is blocked or hydraulic oil is reduced, promptly clean and supplement.Hydraulic relief valve is factory adjusted and locked well, others are not adjustable, so as not to overload and damaged machine6.
