1、测试学听力考试规范听力考试规范的制定：Test Purpose: 明确听力考试目的：水平考试还是成绩测试？测试的是初级、中级还是高级？Test Domain: 确定考试能力范畴：理论构念是听力能力，但在能力的实际体现上要具体化，根据考试目的规定具体听力技能的层次：如果是测试初级听基本技能（辨别音素、识别单词、识别语法、简单对话）的测试题应多一些，如果是中级火高级，要适当增加比如，领会大意、领会主旨、辨别信息等要求听力技能的题。Test Takers: 把握考试难度、内容针对性以及公正性Test Content: 要有代表性，体现在tasktypes, topics 和focus上。 Task

2、type: 如果我们在平时教学中曾让学生听语音、语调、单词、单句、或简单对话，在考试中可以选择听单词和简单对话作为考试项目，因为这两个项目基本上概括了其他活动类型。 Topics: 考虑到学生的背景知识、平时经常接触的题材以及一些学生所熟悉的题材，如：schoollife and work, hobbies and holidays, general science, etc. Focus: 是对考生考试技能层次的要求。内容不宜集中在某一层次上，应合理分布，还要考虑到学生的实际水平。例如，如果是初级水平的学生，我们可以注重他们，一是辨别单词的能力、二、辨别语法的能力、三、辨别语调的能力、四、简

3、单的概括能力、以及部分细节的能力。Test Method: 直接与间接相结合，水平越低，间接考试的比例高一些，反之亦然。Test Tasks and Item Types: 具体的考试题型Test Organization & Weighting: 在决定试卷结构和各项目的分值时，一、我们要考虑到考试的目的以及方式：如果我们的目的是通过直接测试来检查学生的听力，那么试卷中相关的项目应给与较多的分值，以突出其重要性。二、要考虑到考试的信度，需要给客观题型一定的分值。Time Duration: 考试时间的确定一定要考虑到录音的语速，语速的确定要根据教学大纲或某一能力水准的平均速度。还要考虑到学生
