1、Unit 6 Im watching TV Section B 2a-2c Reading 教学设计 龙蟠初中 何明云一 学情分析：我所教学的对象是初一的学生，大部分学生的英语基础都不好，他们学习英语既感到好奇又感到陌生和担忧。所以我在教学过程中尽量让他们都参与到活动中来，通过互动与合作学习，提高他们综合运用语言的能力，使他们不同层次的学生都有所收获。大部分学生热爱英语，喜欢表达自己的观点，但还是有一部分学生基础比较差，接受新知识比较困难。二 内容分析：本课为阅读课。本课通过时差问题引入世界各地不同人们同一时间进行不同活动的话题。语篇介绍了中国留学生朱辉的故事，展现了他在中国的家庭和国外的寄宿

2、家庭的生活场面，不仅介绍了中国传统节日端午节，海让学生领略到西方不同的文化习俗。文章最后还点明了朱辉的思乡之情-No place like home !三 教学目标1.学习以下词汇：race,study,different,the United States,America 等。2. 能掌握以下句型： What time is it in Beijing? Its eight oclock in the morning. Its 9:00 . and Zhu Huis family are at home. Zhu Hui misses his family and wishes to hav

3、e his moms delicious zongzi. 3.运用skimming,scanning,careful reading的阅读技巧，读懂文中含有现在进行时的句子，了解描述正在发生的事，获取文中提到的活动场面的信息。4.通过自主阅读，找到文中的疑难点，并通过小组合作讨论解疑答惑，或向老师寻求帮助等学习方式解决问题，完成对文中的理解，体验多种学习方式带来的成功和快乐。5.通过速读和细读的各个任务的完成，理解语篇的段意和中心意思，并能复述全文。四 能力和情感目标：培养学生的阅读技能，激发他们对学习英语的兴趣和热情。了解西方文化的不同，树立正确的世界观，加深对传统文化热爱的同时了解其他国家

4、的文化。五教学重难点：1.掌握本课出现生的词及表达方式。 2. 进一步练习运用现在进行时态的句子来描述他人在做的事情。 3. 通过听、说、读的练习，提高学生们的综合运用能力。 4. 阅读短文，获得相关信息，完成相关任务。六教学方法：读，写，分组学习，小组讨论。七：教学过程 .
