1、Global Readingfor G9 Learning how to learn 成都市第四十四中学 朱婧. 教材分析话题:学会学习 功能: 学习康奈尔笔记系统并学会使用语法:掌握“动词+by加动词ing”形式表达方式,方法。内容: 这是一篇课外阅读课。通过阅读,学生学习了解康奈尔笔记系统的三大区间(线索栏,笔记栏,总结栏)的功能,内容,方法以及学会使用“康奈尔笔记系统”做学习笔记。. 学情分析九年级的学生已掌握阅读的基本方法与策略,具备阅读课外文章的能力。且学习材料贴近学生生活并实用,有助于学生学习。但是,对于课外阅读,学生只是蜻蜓点水,读过且过。没有将所读内容消化吸收,实际用到自己的生
2、活和学习中。所以本节课,学生将通过阅读感受康奈尔比笔记的魅力并学以致用,感受到阅读后获得新技能的乐趣。 . 教学目标知识 & 能力目标(1)学习了解康奈尔笔记系统的三大区间(线索栏,笔记栏,总结栏)的功能,内容,及方法。(2)运用阅读相关策略读懂文章并完成相应的阅读任务,学会用康奈尔系统方法做笔记。2. 情感目标 实用高效的笔记可以减轻学习负担,提高学习效率和学习能力。3. 文化意识学习了解康奈尔笔记存在价值和被各领域广泛运用的意义。IV. 教学重点&教学难点1. 教学重点(1)了解康奈尔笔记系统,理解文章的各个段落大意,获取提炼得出所需信息。(2)学会使用康奈尔笔记系统做学科笔记。2. 教学
3、难点(1)训练学生相关阅读策略(略读,寻读,总结和推断),读懂文章以及完成相应的阅读任务。(2)利用思维导图复述文章要点并学会使用康奈尔笔记系统做学科笔记。V. Teaching & Learning strategies1. 教学策略(1) 运用任务教学法完成阅读任务,读懂文章。(2)使用交互式教学法让学生谈论在记笔记过程中遇到的问题和困惑。 2. 学习策略(1) 使用相关阅读策略理解文章大意(skimming),总结段落主旨(summarizing),获取必要的细节信息(scanning)。(2) 利用思维导图复述文章要点以及学会做康奈尔笔记。 VI. To arouse the interest of Students and lead in the topic.2 Before reading (4 minutes) I will make ss discuss about these following questions:Are you good at taking notes?How do you usually take notes in class? Do y
6、ou have any trouble taking notes?Have you ever heard of the Cornell Note-taking System?Students discuss these questions freely and talk about their problems and troubles in note-taking.To activatestudents background knowledge make them talk about their problems and troubles in note-taking which pave
7、 a road for later learning.While reading (20 minutes)Fast reading 5minI ask students to read fast to answer these questions below:-Whats the Cornell Note-taking System? Who invented it? When was it invented?-How many steps does CNS have? What are they?-Whats the structure of the passage?-Where may t
8、he passage come from?-Whats the purpose of the passage?(2)I will give them 2 minutes to read the passage and tell me the answers. At the same time,I will write the key words on the blackboard.2. Careful reading 20min(1) Ill give students 3 minutes to read & 2 and answer these following questions. -W
9、hat can CNS do?-Whats the underlined word ”productive” mean?-What should we do before using CNS?* prepare a _.*divide it into _.Ill give students 1 minute to draw the three parts on paper with requirements in Para2.I will give some questions for step1 and make students read and answer.-When do we us
10、e it? Whats the Note-taking Column used for?-How should students take notes in the Note-taking Column? -What else should we pay attention?-Why should we leave a space each line?
