1、9车辆工程专业本科培养方案Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Vehicle Engineering一、修业年限及授予学位名称四年;工学学士、Length of Schooling and DegreeFour Years: Bachelors of Engineering.二、培养目标本专业培养学生掌握扎实的自然科学知识、机械设计制造及自动化技术的根底理论和专业知识,具有一定的交叉学科背景和良好的人文科学素养,具备较强的机械工程应用能力和科学研究能力,具有良好的终身学习和开展能力、独立思考和判断能力、实践和创新能力,较强的表达、人际交往、团队协作能力
2、,能在机械工程领域从事研究开发、设计制造、技术经济管理的高素质工程技术人才。、Educational ObjectivesThe main object of education is for students to be mastered of the solid knowledgein natural science, have a comprehensive grasp of thefundamental theories and with professional capabilities invehicle engineering. They should have theskillsin presentations, interpersonal communications and teamwork.The graduates should have abilities to work for R&D, design and manufacturing, technical economy as well as management in vehicle engineering. 三、培养规格及要求本专业学生主要学习车辆工程的根本理论和根本知识,受到工程设计和研究分析的根本训练,具有学习、创新和分析解决工程实际问题
5、的根本能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:1掌握力学、机械学等机械工程根本理论;2具有机械制图、机械设计、工程材料、电工电子技术、测试技术、计算机等根本知识;3具有设计、计算、实验、计算机、外语的应用能力;4掌握汽车的根本原理及设计方法;5掌握现代汽车产品的设计开发与实验研究的相关技术;6知识面宽广,并具有对现代社会问题的知识。具有终生教育的意识和继续学习的能力。 = 3 * ROMAN III、Skills Profile and Minimum CreditsThe education emphasizes on systems approach to general automot

14、Minimum Graduate Credits =SUM(ABOVE) 168八、集中实践环节及要求金工实习:初步掌握机械设备根底知识及数控加工的根底知识,掌握根本的工艺操作技能。电子实习:了解电子产品制作的根本工艺过程、掌握根本仪器仪表的使用及产品的测试技术。机械原理、机械设计课程设计:进行简单机械设计,掌握机构及其组合运动原理、机械设计根本理论、设计步骤及方法,培养设计、计算、制图、查阅资料、应用标准手册的能力与技能。汽车认识实习:进行汽车的拆装、调整、测量,熟悉汽车的驾驶操作方法和维护知识。生产实习:了解汽车、发动机产品的生产过程和典型零件加工工艺过程、典型设备的工作原理及结构;了解工
15、厂生产组织及管理情况。汽车零部件设计数字化实践:用反求法进行汽车零部件计算机三维设计,并绘制二维零件图样。专业课程设计:学习有关专业技术资料、标准;掌握汽车、发动机零部件设计的特点、方法和过程;进行方案分析、整体布置、参数计算、图样绘制等设计全过程以及计算机应用的综合训练。毕业设计:综合应用所学的根底理论和专业知识,以实际工程设计、科技开发、试验研究为课题,进行设计能力和科研能力的培养及综合工程训练。、Practical Training and Requiremen tMetal Technology Practices: to have the basic knowledge about

Automotive Parts Digital Design Practice: to understand manufacturing process of automotive and engine parts, the corresponding machine procedures, and the organization and management of automobile workshops.Digi
19、tal design of automotive parts: reverse design and 3D digital design of automotive units, to get 2D drawing as well.Specialty Courses Project: to study the standards and technique dada of automobile, in order to familiar with the design features, methods and procedures of automotive members, to have
