1、内蒙古自治区耕地利用效益评价研究摘 要耕地作为一种生产要素，对人类生存发展具有举足轻重的作用，影响了自然和社会的前进。耕地的合理有效利用得到了重视，我国特色社会主义农业要持续推进现代化建设，必须重视耕地。随着生产技术的提升，我国粮食产量逐渐提升，但我国仍然面临严重的粮食资源供给不足的问题，且逐年严重。当前，我国每年需要大量尽快谷物，已然成为最大的谷物进口国。城市化进程的不断推进，大量的耕地被占用且得不到及时补偿，土地质量下降进而导致粮食产量下降等问题逐渐凸显，所以解决这些问题成为重中之重。本论文以内蒙古东部农村的耕地作为研究主体，系统分析了耕地资源的利用效率以及这些资源的变动趋势、空间分布等，

2、进而为该地区更好的利用耕地资源提供了建设性意见。本论文首先调研了大量的学术文献，根据经济、社会和生态三方面选择13个耕地利用效率的评价指标。同时结合多因素综合评估模型和协调评估模型分析内蒙古东部49个自治区(旗)市(含)20072016年的耕地综合利用情况，从而明确内蒙古东部土地利用效率的发展趋势。关键词：耕地利用效益； 影响因素； 指标体系； 内蒙古地区ABSTRACT As a kind of production factor, cultivated land plays an important role in human survival and development, and a

In order to promote the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics, we must pay attention to cultivated land. With the improvement of production technology, Chinas

4、grain production is gradually increasing, but China is still facing a serious problem of insufficient supply of food resources, which is serious year by year. At present, China needs a large amount of grain every year, and has become the largest grain importing country. With the continuous progress

5、of urbanization, a large number of cultivated land is occupied and not compensated in time, and the decline of land quality leads to the decline of food production and other problems are gradually prominent, so solving these problems has become the top priority. This paper takes the cultivated land

6、in the eastern rural areas of Inner Mongolia as the research subject, and systematically analyzes the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources, the change trend and spatial distribution of these resources, so as to provide constructive suggestions for the better use of cultivated land res

This paper first investigates a large number of academic literature, according to the economic, social and ecological three aspects to select 13 cultivated land use efficiency evaluation index. At the same time, combined with the multi factor comprehensive evaluation model and

8、coordination evaluation model, this paper analyzes the comprehensive utilization of cultivated land in 49 autonomous regions (banners) and cities (including) in eastern Inner Mongolia from 2007 to 2016, so as to clarify the development trend of land use efficiency in eastern Inner Mongolia.Key words：Arable land use efficiency; Influ
