15、Article Five Responsibilities of Site Representative 发包方驻工地代表 Employers site representative1、发包方任命的驻工地代表及其委托代理人由具体管理人员担任，并代表发包方签发关于工程联系单、验收单、结算付款单等。经该代表签署的所有单据具有法律效力，但与本协议条款相冲突的签单无效，以本协议条款为准。The duties of site representative appointed by and deputy of party A will be assumed by specific managers who

35、支付和结算，根据国家关于部门制定的工程价款结算办法,并结合钢结构建筑的特殊情况进行支付与结算。Payment and settlement of project cost shall, in accordance with the regulations of engineering cost settlement stipulated by States authority concerned, and combined with the particular circumstances of steel project, be processed.一、本工程钢梁、钢柱进场三日内，发包方支付

36、协议总价的20作为工程预付款，计人民币_万元，承包方开始安装。Employer should, within three days upon the date of steel beams and steel columns entering into the site, make payment of 20% of total contract cost as projects advance payment which equal to RMB YUAN before contractor commence the installation.二、安装竣工并验收合格后的七天内支付协议总价的7
