DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION本机系由制造厂装配后成台供给，当用户收到本机后，应对本机进行检查，以便消除在过程中可能产生的弊病。本说明书仅包括破碎机的特殊安装说明，其余可按一般机器的通用安装规程进行安装。安装破碎机的现场，需有起重设备，以便机器安装，修理使用。其起重设备，起重能力按下表选择：(1) Inspect very carefully to ensur

34、as been totally crushed .VI.MAENANCE为保证本机的正常工作和延长机器的使用，用户应对该机进行经常的和保养。The maenance of the machine should be regularly done by the user to ensure it to work in good condition, and to prolong lifetime .1. 检查机器运转点平稳，当机器振动量突然增加时，应立即停车查明原因消除之。在正常情况下，轴承的温升不应超过 35，最高温度不超过 70，如超过 70时，应立即停车，查明原因消除之。板锤磨损达到极限标

35、志时应调头使用或及时更换。(4). 装配或更换板锤后，必须保持转子平衡，静平衡不得超过 0.25kg.m。 (5). 当机架衬板磨损后，应及时更换，以免磨损机壳。(6). 每次开机前需检查所有螺栓的紧固状态。1. INSPECTION(1) On normal condition, the crusher should run smoothly and steadily .if the vibration of the crusher is increasing sharply, the operation must be stopped immediay .find the troubles

36、 and eliminate them .(2) On the normal working condition the temperature rise should not exceed 35 C, and theum temperaturemust not exceed 70 C. If it exceed 70 C, the operation must be stopped immediay for inspection .find the troubles and eliminate them .(3) Renew the blow barime, when it is worn

37、off to the limit mark. (see Fig .3 )(4) When changing the blow bar, shall keep the rotor in balance, the sic balance does not exceed 0.25 kg,m.(5) Change the housing linerime as it is worn off, in order to avoid wearing the housing .(6) Inspect frequently to ensure all bolts to be tightened firmly b
