2、Economic management majorsI、Course Nature & AimsEconomic Law is one of the professional elective courses of the Ministry of Educations higher education for the 21st century teaching content and curriculum system reform plan. Economic Law in the business school is offered as a platform course for eco

3、nomic management. As a professional basic theory course, Economic Law focuses on the teaching of basic concepts, basic theories and skill application, so that students have a detailed understanding of Chinas legal system, normative behavior in economic operation, etc. They can also use some basic le

4、gal analysis methods and tools to conduct some empirical description and analysis of the behavior in economic activities by learning Economic Law course, and finally clarify the main legal principles of Chinas socialist market economy, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests and abide by the

This course is not only a basic course for regulating students learning and applying legal knowledge to solve related problems in economic activities, but also a tool course for future work and economic activities.
