1、宝洁 CBD 面经本人本科毕业,放弃了推研,申请出国失败,毕业后在时间,某学校教书一段9 月份申请宝洁非应届职位 CBD(客户商业发展部)部门的 key account manager 。10.13 笔试,一共两轮,具体细节不说了,精华区里面有,可能有的同学不知道TOEIC 是啥,之前我也不知道,只是前一天从的书店里抓了两本托业的书看看,很像托福,但是有些题型以及点不一样,最好大家提前看看,知己知彼考完笔试之后,让等通知,结果回来就收到了宝洁的一份问卷,问了三个问题,让于某某日中午前发回去,本来以为回答问题会决定面试与否,结果还没等发回去,宝洁就打通知面试去了。10.17 第一轮面试,对方是一

2、个 JJ,估计是 HR 得人,开始用英文介绍一下自己,然后就是中文了,主要问还是那份问卷上的三个,再有就是有没有一个例子,你给自己设置了一个目标,比自己能力能达到的稍微高出一些,但是最后搞定了?其他的没有啥,我说的时候 JJ 狂记,后来才知道,那是为了再次问道看你说得跟上次一样不一样,防止杜撰,再有 JJ 一再要求能不能不用我发给他的那三个问题的回答,再给出一些例子,估计她是怕我这三个例子是找别人编的,最后结束,让我问个问题,这是惯例,必须要问,我问:“PG 和联合利华比优势在哪?”她说:“你觉得那?”我.ft!没有直接回答,心里想,我不知道才问你呀,说:“从产品上看,PG的洗发水品种很多,但

3、是牙膏特别少,而联合礼华牙膏种类就多”结果 JJ 话匣子打开了“这是历史原因”后来又谈到了 PG 的,JJ 觉得很多公司都在 COPY 这点,但是真正能作到的只有 PG,我表示赞同。结束的时候,JJ 说,一之前漫长的等待会通知你面试(顿了一下)结果。一之前我并没有接到,看来完了,结果周一早上来了,通知我面试,final 了,哼哼 10.21 下午,两个 ROOM 同时面试,面试官是三个人,一个 JJ 估计还是 HR 得人,另外两个 GG 是 CBD 的 MANAGER,都很 nice,基本过程跟前一次面试几乎一摸一样,还是就那些问题问,也是中文的,再有就是针对我简历上的一些经历随便问问,结束的

4、时候每个人都跟我握手,感觉就像诀别,呵呵,很多人纳闷为什么宝洁没有英文面试,其实这种理念是对的,宝洁要找得是最合适得人,有些能力不需要,人家不需要最牛的,而是合适的,这点特别重要,所以面试前只需要好好想想那些问题,没必要特别多的准备,坦然的聊聊就行了,宝洁的人从头到尾给我感觉都很 NICE,与其说是面试,不如说是聊天,之所以用中文就是不希望英文影响谈话的内容。呵呵没机会展示我暴烂的口语总的感觉,实话实说,平常心面对,其实面试只是大家见个面看看是不是适合对方,互 相检验一下,成了就成了,不成也只能说明不是一路,不匹配。 肯定有些同学想看看我那三道题的 feedback,贴出来大家随便看看:Ple
