14、hould be used during operation condition (air gap)b) To dump the sea water in preloadafter the preload operation.During afloat condition, the bilge/ballast pump and preloump will be used to ballast and de-ballast thenesary. At jack-up condition, the raw watump will supply the water for the preload o

15、perationand the dump lines with isolation valves will discharge the sea water overboard.
