1、牢记使命教育为本 同舟共济共抗疫情只为未来疫情期间员工到岗管理制度奥鲁国际教育2020年3月21日牢记使命教育为本 同舟共济共抗疫情只为未来一、目的为提高学校预防和控制新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的能力和水平，切实保障全体员工的身体健康与生命安全，维护学校正常的工作、生活秩序，进一步做好防疫防控工作，结合目前疫情防控形势，奥鲁国际教育特制定本制度。抗击疫情从我做起，望全体员工认真贯彻落实在确保顺利抗击疫情的基础上，逐步恢复学校正常的工作秩序，虽无法复课，在线上公益课堂亦需保持同等质量， 为疫情期间孩子的 学习做出应有的贡献。二、适用范围疫情防控期间公司全体中、外员工。三、规定内容1、复工后积极配合社区

2、进行登记，主动汇报员工动向。2、员工信息报备，全体员工必须配合HR进行信息报备，以便公司及时准确掌握员工健康及活动相关信息，实现疫情监测的数据化管理，更好地防控风险。报备时间每日早、中、晚,包括双彳日，HR规定的时间内完成报备，报备要求确保填报信息真实完整。3、外地员工暂缓返岗，未回国外籍员工暂停回国，并做好解释工作，维护国家形象。4、员工个人防护需要佩戴口罩的情况有哪些？? 上班途中? 下班途中? 进入办公楼的整个期间5、工作时间内的其他一切外出场合需要洗手的情况有哪些？? 摘口罩手套前后传递文件前后? 在咳嗽或打喷嚏后吃饭前上厕所后? 在接触他人后? 接触过动物后? 外出回来后牢记使命教育

3、为本 同舟共济共抗疫情只为未来? 未洗手时不摸口鼻6、上下班尽量不乘坐公共交通工具，建议步行骑行或坐私家车班车上班，如必须乘坐公共交通工具时居全程佩戴口罩， 途中尽量避免用手触摸车上物品， 洗手后佩戴口罩，外出回到 家中摘掉口罩后，首先洗手消毒手机和钥匙， 使用消毒湿巾或75%酒精擦拭，居室保持通风 和卫生清洁，严禁过多人员聚会。7、每日上班后在前台进行消毒方可进入办公区域，且做好温度登记。8、打喷嚏或者咳嗽时如何做咳嗽或打喷嚏时需用手肘衣服遮住口鼻，或用纸巾将口鼻完全 遮住，并扔进封闭式垃圾桶。9、进入办公室人与人之间保持一米以上距离配合监测体温，接待外来人员双方佩戴口罩， 能进行线上沟通的

4、优先线上沟通。10、员工办公区域人与人之间相隔一米以上，所有外教直播课堂，一人一教室。11、做好工作区域的通风，每日最少两次。12、员工办公区域防护办公设备如何消毒？桌面，电脑，键盘，鼠标，文具，电话，手机等每日用75%酒精消毒至少两次，传阅文件如何做传递纸质文件后均需洗手传阅文件时配戴口罩，尽量实现无纸化办公。13、线上教学要求? 线上课程均为公益课堂，避免疫情期间孩子成绩下滑，保证教育质量? 线上课程前后需进行疫情防护宣传? 设置疫情防护主题课，在学习英语的同时贯彻疫情防护知识14、避免聚集性会议非必须不举办的原则必须开会，召开视频或电话会议。15、工作期间一旦有发热、咳嗽、乏力、鼻塞、流
