9、油机组装机组变型代码，一般用柴油机生产厂厂名的联想字符加，若缺省则柴油机为本公司的X105及X110柴油机。机组分类代号：无符号为普通性机组；“Z”为应急发电机组；“K”为带监控仪的机组；“YA”为蒂带转速遥控机组，“S”为前端输出机组。机组的额定功率(KW),用数字表示。电流种类代码，交流用“J”表示船用柴油发电机组代码Thecodesampleofthegenerator,LanzhougeneratorofphasecompoundexcitationuseX;SanBoharmonicgeneratoruseS;Lanzhougeneratorofbrushlessphasecompo

28、thedistributedbalancebetweenpowerandpowerlessisnomorethan15%.第三章机组结构简介Chapter3GeneratorUnitsStructureBrief机组由柴油机、发电机、控制屏、联轴器和公共底座(机架)等组件构成，柴油机与发电机之间弹性联轴器连接，由柴油机飞轮通过联轴器来驱动发电机。柴油机的飞轮壳与发电机的端盖采用凸缘定位，用螺栓连成一体。这种连接方式既保证了柴油机飞轮与发电机转子有较好的同轴度，又能对柴油机在起动、停机及负载突变时所产生的冲击起到缓冲减震作用。柴油机、发电机与公共底盘之间均装有减震器。GeneratorUnits

33、itcanelectricizetoaccumulator,automaticholding,adjustregulatedoutputvoltagewhenthegeneratorunitisrunning.Thecoolingsystemofmarinedieselengineisdualclosedcirculationwatercooling.31柴油机与发电机的联接柴油机和发电机采用柴油机罩与发电机机盖止口突缘结合方式使发电机与柴油机组成一个刚性组合体。这种联接方式使发电机与柴油机两者轴线的同心度的要求得到了可靠的保证，装配时不需校调轴中心。Theconnectingwayofdie

35、必须对发电机与柴油机的轴线中心进行调校。保证两者之间轴线同轴度在p0.1范围内，柴油机飞轮端面与结合器盘端面间平行度不大于0.25mm。由制造厂组装出厂的机组，其轴线中心已校调好了。如经拆卸则需对轴线中心重新校调才能投入运行。轴线中心校调方法：Theotherpartgeneratorunitsarenotadoptedtheaboveconnectingway,andthisconnectingwaymustadjusttheaxescenterwhenassembly.Ensuretheaxesconcentricdegreebothofthemisintherangeofp0.1,the

37、igure1.盘动柴油机的飞轮，检查定心器在上端、下端、左端、右端四个位置测得径向间隙、平面间隙。在调试过程中的径向间隙的1/2,不超过0.5mm，上、下端的平面间隙差的1/2R,左、右端的平面间隙差的1/2R不超过0.25mmTurntheengineflywheel,checktheadjustorpositionoftopend,bottomend,leftendandrightendandmeasuretheradialspace,planespace.Makesurethe1/2ofradialspaceisnomorethan0.5mm,the1/2Rofplanespacebet

40、singsketch3.2柴油机与发电机组合体的安装Installationofdieselengineandgenerator3.2.1采用止口突缘结合方式的柴油机与发电机的组合件的安装Installationofslotflangeconnectingway这种组合体与机架之间有六个或八个支承点。对2缸柴油机的发电机组，在发电机底脚支承兰装有E型橡胶减震器为弹性支点。对四、六缸柴油机的发电机组所有支承点装有EA型橡胶减震器，使整个组合体装在弹性支承上。为使组合体装上减震器后轴上变形小，轴心线同轴度好，减少飞轮罩因安装产生附加力矩，工作可靠，要求各减震器合理承担载荷，通过对机组安装、正确垫调

42、nflexiblesupport.Throughthegoodinstallationandadjustmenttomaketheabsorberbeartheloadinreason,sotoreducethedistortionofcombinationrearshaftandaffixationmoment,toimproveworkreliability.A、CCFJ12型机组的安装、调整方法InstallationandadjustmentwayofCCFJ12将减震器装上机架，其紧固件暂不紧固Assembletheabsorberonthemudsill,dontfitthetig

43、htenedpart将柴油机吊装于机架上，检查柴油机安装脚是否与机架安装面贴合，而不贴合用垫片垫调，直至贴合为止，这时紧固柴油机的安装螺栓。Laythedieselengineonthemudsill,checkwhetherthefixedfeetofdieselengineandthefixedsideofmudsillarejoint,usethegaskettoadjust,donttightentheinstallationboltuntilbothofthemarejoint.将发电机座落在减震器上，紧固柴油机飞轮罩与发电机连接环的连接螺栓，这时注意调节发电机安装脚。Laytheg

48、tor.Connectthedieselengineandthegenerator,thenloosenthe2adjustmentboltsofdieselenginerearbottomfeettoseparateitssupportingsidestepandinstallationsideofrearbottomfeetofdieselengine,herethetwoabsorbersdontbearload.用手拧转支承柴油机后底脚的调节螺栓，使调节螺栓支承台肩与柴油机后底脚安装面正好刚刚接触，然后再用扳手分别将2只调节螺栓向上旋3/41/2圈再紧上调节螺栓的并紧螺母。Loosen

50、机运转时发现有不正常现象，则应重复检查减震器的装调有无差错。Iftheabnormalphenomenaisdetectedwhenthedieselengineisrunning,checkwhethertheinstallationofabsorberisrightcarefully.必须说明，机组起动或停机低速慢车运转时，就注意避免发生共振现象，使机组振动显著增大的运转，不应将慢车控制在该转速下运转。橡胶减震器虽具有一定的耐油性能，但使用时还必须注意保护，沾上油污后应及时揩擦干净，以延长使用寿命。Note:Avoidtheresonancephenomenaoccurredwhensta
