2、r improves all types of Mechanical equipment availability and reliability by timely application of Reliability CenteredMaenance (RCM) in optimizing maenance effort and identifying causes andproviding solutions to real and potential Mechanical equipment failures.主要工作 (Principal Activities )对机械设备进行 RC

3、M 分析并对主要工艺设备进行设备状态监测与分析。Performing Reliability Centered Maenance (RCM) studies for mechanicalequipment and carry out equipment sus monitoring & equipment.ysis for main pros对机械设备故障进行根本原因分析以避免同类故障重复发生。Perform Root Cause Failureysis (RCFA) to reactively identify the true rootcauses of Mechanical equipm

4、ent failures and put in place changes to avoid thefailureshe future.主动学习与提高机械设备可用性与可靠性的最佳维修实践。Proactively communicate and share any learning and best maenance practiregarding improving Mechanical equipments availability and reliability.为机械设备制定可执行的预防或性维修工作计划。Develop operable and effective preventive

5、and predictive ma Mechanical equipment.enance plan for协助分析和优化机械设备备件的库存管理以提高设备可用性,并负责库存备件重采购的采购申请提交。Assist inyzing and optimizing Mechanical equipment spare parts inventorylevel with the objective of optimizing availability， and responsible for raisingpurchase requisition for inventory spares re-orde

6、r.收集机械设备的维修数据（包括位置树、设备、设备技术参数、预防维修计划和设备备件）并录入到维修管理信息系统中。Collect and input maenance dao Computerized Maenance ManagementSystem for new mechanical equipment. Maenance data here refers to locationand equipment hierarchy, equipment technical specification, ma spare parts inventory data and failure code,

7、 etc.enance plan,协助营运部固定资产管理工作，包括固定资产登记、度固定资产盘点和固定资产处置申请工作。管理、半年和年Assist OPS fix asset management including updating fix asset registration, trackfix asset movement, carry oulf-yearly and yearly physical counting and fixasset disal application .持续审核与优化维修管理信息系统中的机械设备维修数据。Continue review and optimize

8、the present maenance data for Mechanicalequipment in Computerized Maenance Management System.为他人学习和使用 RCM 管理方法提供培训与支持。Coach and Support others in Reliability Centered Ma knowledge and techniques.enance (RCM)为他人学习和使用根本原因分析方法提供培训与支持。Coach and Support others in Root Causeysis (RCA) techniques.为他人学习和使用维
