9、one always.Construction method施工方法Cabinet support installation盘底座安装盘底座的制作材料应与图纸上一致。The material of cabinet support should be in accordance with drawing.盘底座的制作尺寸应该与图纸设计尺寸相符，其直线度允许偏差为1mm/m，当型钢底座长度大于5m时，全长允许偏差为5mm。The size of cabinet support should be in accordance with drawing demand. The linear allow

10、ance deviation is 1mm/m. When the length of support is more than 5m, the allowance deviation are 5mm.盘底座应在地面施工完成前，安装找正。Before ground construction completed, the cabinet support must be installed and aligned.盘底座的安装位置和平面位置，应与设计文件一致。The position of cabinet support installation should be in accordance w

11、ith design document.盘底座安装时，上表面应保持水平，其水平度允许偏差为1mm/m，当型钢底座长度大于5m时，全长允许偏差5mm. When installation, the surface of cabinet should keep level. The level allowance deviation is 1mm/m. If the length of support is more than 5m, the allowance deviation are 5mm.盘柜安装Cabinet installation仪表盘在搬运和安装过程中，应防止变形和油漆损坏。Du

12、ring transportation and installation, the cabinets must be avoided to distortion and painting damaged.仪表盘的安装位置应与设计图纸一致。The position of cabinets installation should be in accordance with design drawing.仪表盘之间及仪表盘与底座之间应用镀锌螺栓连接牢固。Cabinets or panel and support should be connected firmly by galvanized bol

13、t .单独的仪表盘安装，应符合下列规定: Separate cabinet installation must meet the following regulations:固定牢固 Fixed firmly垂直度允许偏差为1.5mm/m The vertical allowance deviation is 1.5mm/m水平度允许偏差为1mm/m The level allowance deviation is 1mm/m成排的仪表盘的安装，应符合4的规定外，还应符合下列规定：Group cabinets installation must meet 4 and following reg

14、ulations:同一系列规格相邻两盘的顶部高度允许偏差为2mm The top height which the same type of adjacent cabinet, the allowance deviation is 2mm当同一系列规格盘的连接处超过两处时，顶部高度允许偏差为5mm When connect point between the same type cabinet more than 2 locations, the top height allowance deviation is 5mm.相邻两盘接缝处正面的平面度允许偏差为1mm From the front

15、 face of the adjacent panels seaming, the allowance flatness error is 1mm.当仪表盘间的连接超过5处时，正面的平面度允许偏差为5mm When connect point between panels are more than 5 locations, the allowance flatness error are 5mm from front face.相邻两盘的接缝间隙，不大于2mm The gap between adjacent panels seaming no more than 2mm.接地 Ground

16、ing接地母排的材质及制作尺寸应与设计文件一致。The material and size of grounding bar should be in accordance with design document.接地母排应用绝缘支架固定在墙壁上。Use insulation support fixed the grounding bar to the wall.接地线的材质和颜色应与设计文件一致。The material and color of grounding conductor should be in accordance with design document.仪表盘内各回路

17、的各类接地，应分别由各自的接地支线引至主接地线上，由主接地线接到接地母排。Due to all kinds of grounding conductor inside panel, from respective branch grounding connected to main grounding. Then from the main grounding connected to grounding bar.接地支线与主接地线的连接应采取压接。主接地线与接地母排的连接采用镀锌螺栓紧固。.Branch grounding and main grounding should be compr
