23、our company will become stronger and stronger.六、发展历程（2P）Development process1987年，公司前身广昌贸易公司由创始人王继远先生筹资成立，主营广播电视器材，年利润达40多万元。1991年，公司发展为广东科委属下企业神脑工贸公司，产品结构进行了第一次大调整，转为专业经营无绳电话机、BP机等通信器材。1993年，公司第一间，也是最大一间分公司北京分公司正式成立。1994年，上海、成都分公司先后成立，此后，各分公司及办事处陆续成立。1995年，公司产品结构进行第二次大调整，过渡到移动电话单项产品销售上来。1998年，公司成为博世
