2、必须面对的一个现实问题，财务风险是客观存在的，企业管理者对财务风险只有采取有效措施来降低风险，而不可能完全消除风险，因此建立一个财务预警模型，来预测企业的困难，是很有必要的.本文是以现金流量为基础研究企业财务预警模型。选取了74家A股上市公司，37家ST公司和37家非ST公司，公司的行业类型选择的是制造业,这是因为制造业是工业的核心.建立的财务预警模型时候，假设行业和规模对研究结论不会造成实质性的影响,所选取的财务数据真实可靠，然后进行主成分分析，选取能够包含更多财务信息的指标，在分析问题中仅仅考虑主成分分析法还不够,因为在进行主成分分析时，毕竟有些信息降维时忽略掉了，这对研究对象的全面分析不

3、免产生一定的影响.为了避免这一点所带来的影响，在主成分分析的基础上采取综合评价分析法，建立最优预警模型.本模型作为在企业内部运用并预测企业因现金、负债等原因引起的财务危机方面具有很好的借鉴意义和实用性，当然光靠预警模型来预防财务风险还是不够的，还要完善企业财务管理系统，建立健全内部控制制度。关键词：财务风险 预警模型 内部控制AbstractEnterprise in the process of growth, is not smooth sailing, will encounter many difficulties， so we want to insight into the ent
