5、工程变电所的设备布置图要求,在变电所安装110KV变压器2台,单台质量为62t除去现场组装的附件质量;8台干式变压器,2台自耦变压器,最大的质量是8t;153面电气盘柜,其质量在1t以下;由于本次设备吊装有质量较大的设备,为保证吊装顺利进行和设备按要求安装,特编制此方案,以指导施工。According to HANAS LNG Project Euipment Layout Drawing issued by TPT, installedin substation have 110Kv transformer, 2 sets, unit weight is 62t (site installe

Equipment joint inspection carry out by TPT and ELECO, prior to lifting, record and take the photographer is necessary; the equipment should comply with the following standard:铭牌数据应符合设计要求。Nameplate data comply with engineering;油箱及所有附件应齐全,无锈蚀及机械损伤,密封应良好;油箱
12、与散热管联接处,放油法兰阀无渗油现象,储油柜油位略高于正常位置。Oil box and accessories in place, no rust and damage, seal in good condition, oil drain valve of joint between oil box and radiator dont have leakage, oil level of oil box higher slightly than normal level.高、中压瓷件无损伤痕迹,瓷件 釉彩无撞击脱落现象。HV & MV porcelain fits dont have dama
13、ge, glaze dont have break off.高、中压引出线的螺栓丝扣无损伤,所带垫片螺帽齐全,中压引出线及螺栓、螺帽齐全。出厂的有关资料及产品证明文件齐全。Thread of HV & MV outgoint cable no damage, washers and nuts are complete, manufacturer files are complete.盘柜内的所有元器件均齐全,没有外表损伤现象。Components inside of cabinet are complete, no damage in outlook.设备运输Transportation变压器
14、由于吨位太大,所以直接运至现场。Due to the big bulk of transformer, it should transfer to installation site directly.汽车载重吨位与上下压盘柜和GIS系统柜装车的重量相对应,吊车起吊能力应为1.52倍盘柜的重量。起重索具应检查可靠、起吊时盘柜应使用吊装带兜底吊装。吊索与铅垂线的夹角不宜大于30度,起落要平稳缓慢。装车后,必须用绳索进行封车,才能进行运输。在运输中车速尽量均匀,注意行车平稳,禁止急煞车DWT of trailer match the weight of HV & LV and GIS system

26、inet and GIS system cabinet图示五运输平台使用设计的专用平台进行作业。此平台是7055U-003-DW-16-42-009图纸上设计的,平台的设计承重荷载是25KN/m2。平台使用前必须经过验收合格,方可使用。Use the special working plate for transportation. The work plate in accordance with drawing 7055U-003-DW-16-42-009, the designing bearing capacity is 25 KN/m2. It has to apply for in
27、spection prior to using, only the qualified work plate could be use.滚杠选用/roller selection:选用323.75 L=2m钢管/ Steel tube 10根/Pic.2t的手动液压推车2台。Hydro-trolley 2sets.10KV变压器使用80t吊车把变压器从管廊上侧运至平台上,如图五所示,然后使用滚杠把变压器运至安装位置,然后使用门型架子,把变压器吊起,送至安装位置固定。Lift the 10kv transformer to access plate from piperack by 80t cr

32、signed as 10# channel steel for out frame, 10# channel steel for inside, standing installation, painting and touch-up after shape steel installation.在钢制平台上将型钢的平面及立面分别平整,校直,全长偏差控制在1-5mm之内包括平面和立面。下料时尽量少用气割,以减小型钢的变形度。Section steel shall be leveled and lined on steel plate, the allowable error of the wh
33、ole length is 1-5mm. (include horizontal and vertical levels), It is not suitable that cut material with gas welding to avoid change shape.根底型钢的组对焊接应有熟练的焊工施焊。变压器的根底型钢外框和盘柜根底同时制作。 Assembly and welding of support shape steel on foundation shall be carried out by skilled welder. Transformer support out
34、 frame and cabinet support fabricated together.变压器就位和附件安装Transformer Located & Accessories Installation变压器前吊装检查变压器的根底道轨宽度与变压器道轨宽度一致。变压器就位固定必须依据图纸尺寸进行,对没有设计具体尺寸的那么应根据变压器二次出线的B相与中压进线盘的B相对准。确定位置后,应用角钢将变压器固定在根底槽上。Check the support track size match to transformer track size or not, transformer located co

37、定齐全、可靠。此安装厂家配合。所有的安装附件完成后,取本体变压器油和待注入的油各一瓶500g,送专门检验所做油混合试验,待绝缘油检验合格后,进行注油,注油时注意油标的指示,按照厂家的要求,注至油位。注油完毕, 24小时后,检查变压器是否有渗漏,否那么需进一步处理,正常方可进行下道工序。After transformer installation qualified, install the accessories: due to the junction box, oil box, radiation fins and thermometer of 110Kv transformer is s
38、eparated, so accessoried installation is key to transformer installation. We plan use 25t mobile crane assist accessories installation (the heavyest oil box cover is 5.5t), pay attention to seal while accessoried installation, especially the oil-way seal fits have to completely and properly. After a
39、ccessories installation finish, sampling oil from transformer body and infuseoil 500g, send to oil mix examinating by professional lab, oiling after examined, oiling to scale according to manufacturer. After 24 hours from oiling finish, check the leakage, go to next procedure if in good condition.就地
40、的温度计只需在温水里面试验一下保证读数正确,即可安装,安装时在温度计套管里面放少许变压器油即可。远传温度计,需要用万用表检查一下低温/高温节点是否可靠,限位点设置的是否适宜,温度计应根据设计数值或出厂规定进行整定。温度计盘面应对着巡检易视处,金属毛细管的弯曲半径不得小于50mm。监视或保护变压器的二次电缆外引线、排列应整齐,应有保护措施,接线盒应密封良好,端子接线有标识。接线时一定分清公用线和高/低温线。压力释放装置出厂已装好,且出厂时已做试验,现场只需检查引出电接点动作是否正确。压力信号接点应动作正确,导通良好。接线箱安装主要是保证不能碰到瓷瓶,螺栓固定牢靠。油箱的位置保证是设计位置,保证油

43、tallation根底型钢安装Installation for section steel on foundation本变电所的电气盘柜及GIS系统的根底型钢设计是10#槽钢,安装的方式是立式安装,型钢安装后,先进行防腐处理,然后进行面漆处理。Electrical cabinet support and GIS shape steel support of substation designed as 10# channel steel and installation in vertical, painting and touch-up after shape steel installat
44、ion.在钢制平台上将型钢的平面及立面分别平整,校直,全长偏差控制在1-5mm之内包括平面和立面。Leveling and alignment of shape steel on steel work plateform, control the error under 1-5mm (plane and side)下料时尽量少用气割,以减小型钢的变形度。Section steel shall be leveled and lined on steel plate, the allowable error of the whole length is 1-5mm. Section steel shall be fabricated in sections to be convenient for transportation.严格按照施工图所示尺寸,并结合制造厂产品样品,测量各种盘柜的准确尺寸
47、,尤其是确保母线桥的安装尺寸。Section steel shall be fabricated base on construction drawing or manufactures requirement or the actual size of the panel, where there is bus, the installation size shall be ensured.采用测平仪测量室内地坪的上下差,找出标准点后,按设计高度进行找平。本装置的预埋铁土建已经埋设完成。Measure the difference level of the floor by level, c
48、hoose a point as reference, level it according to design height. Embeded steel of this project finished by civil constructor根底型钢的找平应采用垫铁找平,分段找平直采用点焊,待整体找平后再进行最后焊接。 Leveling-off of shaped steel foundation shall use liners, when leveling in sections, use spot-weld after the whole foundation is leveled

51、y by at least 2 points. 与盘柜安装工程有关的建筑工程的施工,应符合以下要求:Relevant building for panel installation is accordance with requirement as following:与盘柜安装有关的建筑物、构筑物的建筑工程质量,应符合国家现行的建筑工程施工及验收标准中的有关规定。The construction quality releated building, structure to cabinet installation should comply with state existing regu
52、late of construction and acception.屋顶、楼板施工完毕,不得渗漏。室内地面工作结束,室内沟道无积水、杂物。Roof, floor construction finished, it cant have leakage, internal flooring finished, ditch clean and no sundries and seeper.预埋件及预埋孔符合设计要求。门窗安装完毕。进行装饰工作有可能损坏已安装设备或设备安装后不能再进行施工的装饰工作已全部结束。Roof floon completed and no leakage, floor wo
53、rk completed and pre-cast hole O.K., Door and windows completed,与土建单位办理必要工程工序交接手续。Complete release procedure with civil contractor.盘柜安装/ Installation for panel根据变电所情况,采用手液压动小车将盘柜运至室内。Remove cabinet to internal of substation by hydro-trolley.对于多台组合柜及超重盘柜要制作专用的移开工具。For combined panels or over weight p
54、anel, special mobile tool shall be fabricated.将盘柜按设计要求的顺序逐台找正,固定盘柜的紧固件应用镀锌制品。Align the panels one by one according to designers requirement, (tightening piece shall be galvanized)盘、柜及盘、柜内设备与各构件间连接应牢固。根据设计图纸,要求电气盘柜和根底连接采用焊接连接,焊接后喷涂防腐漆料。Comeetion between panels or equirment and frames shall be firm.Co
