17、工的一个重要过程。此外，由于含硫原油的增加，催化 加氢更显为重要。催化加氢是指石油储分在氢气存在条件下并通过催化剂作用而进行的一 种石油加工过程。目前石油加工业采用的加氢工艺主要分两大类：一是加氢精制，二是加 氢裂化。此外，还有专门用于某种生产目的的加氢工程，如加氢降凝、加氢改质、润滑油 加氢等。加氢精制工艺 主要是用于油品精制方面，其目的是除掉油品中的硫、氮、氧化合物， 饱合油品中烯煌以及去掉油品中金属、非金属杂质。有些还进行对芳煌加氢，改善油品的 使用性能。加氢原料的选择比较广泛，主要是二次加工的汽油、柴油及各种中间储分油、 重油及渣油。加氢裂化工艺是在较高操作压力下，烧分子和氢气在催化剂

18、表面进行裂解和加氢反 应生产较小分子的过程。加氢裂化按加工原料的不同可分为储分油加氢裂化和渣油加氢裂 化。储分油加氢裂化的原料主要有减压蜡油、焦化蜡油、裂化循环油及脱沥青油等。其目 的是生产高质量的轻质产品，如柴油、航空煤油、汽油等。其特点是具有较大的生产灵活 性，可根据市场需要，及时调整生产方案。渣油加氢裂化与储分油加氢裂化有本质的不同， 由于渣油中富集了大量硫化物、氮化物、胶质、沥青质大分子及金属化合物，使催化剂作 用大大降低，因此，热裂解反应在渣油加氢裂化中有重要作用。一般来说，渣油加氢裂化 的产品还需进行加氢精制。加氢降凝、加氢改质工艺主要是生产低凝点或低硫、较高十六烷值的优质柴油或航

30、n8000h。装置由反应部分、分储部分、压缩机及公用工程部分组成。装置于 2011年7月破 土动工，2012 年 10 月竣工投产。(二)生产方案装置设计加工原料为焦化腊油、焦化柴油、常柴、常压蜡油、催化柴油混合原料。原料混合配比为：常柴25%、催柴25%、蜡油50%。年加工原料油100万吨。装置原料用氢是由干气制氢装置供给的纯度为99.9% 高纯度工业氢，供量为20000NM3/h。装置设计收率：石脑油2%、精制柴油54%、精制蜡油44%。年产石脑油2 万吨、精制柴油 54 万吨、精制蜡油44 万吨。装置所产品质量，精制石脑油硫含量w 50科g/g,精制柴油硫含量w50科g/g ,精制蜡油硫

31、含量w 1000科g/g、精制蜡油碱氮含量w 300科g/g。装置所产石脑油辛烷值v70,不能直接作高标号汽油出厂，可外供作乙烯裂解原料，或少量参于调合并加MTBE。所产精制柴油为优质柴油，可产优质 O#柴油。装置所产的精制蜡油供催化降凝装置再进一步加工，生产高标号汽油、低凝点柴油及润滑油基础油。(三)装置工艺技术特点1 本装置反应部分采用热高分工艺流程，优化换热流程，充分利用回收反应热及产品剩 余热量。有效降低装置的耗能。2 . 原料油过滤原料油含有焦粉、铁锈等固体颗粒杂质，随进料进入反应器，会堵塞反应器催化剂床层， 导致反应器床层压降过大而造成非正常停工。所以在装置内设置双筒自动反冲洗过滤

32、器，脱除大于25 微米的固体颗粒杂质。保证反应器的正常运行。3原料油瓦斯气体覆盖保护原料油进入D-2101 原料缓冲罐，为防止原料油与空气生成聚合物和胶质，设置原料缓冲罐瓦斯隔绝保护，有效防止原料油氧化生成聚合物和胶质。 4除盐水设置氮封除盐水进入D-2113,为防止空气中氧溶解在除盐水中，造成高压管线及空冷结垢堵 塞。在 D-2113 顶设置氮封控制，对除盐水采取氮封隔绝办法，有效保证了装置的正常运 行。5高压空冷、低压水冷前注水洗氨盐加氢反应过程中生成的H2S、NH3和HCl ,在一定温度下会生成 NH4CI和NH4HS结ow ,weare ina new historicalstageo

45、工装置的液体产品含烯烧，质量不稳定。再加上含硫、氮、氧化合物， 质量更加低劣。尤其是焦化装置的汽、柴油稳定性更差，不能直接车用，需进行加氢精制 除去硫、氮、氧化合物、饱和烯烧。加氢精制工艺过程：1.混合原料经预热后进入原料过滤器过滤，滤掉 25微米的焦粉及其它颗粒，以减少反 应器催化剂床层压降。过滤器是选用双筒式过滤器，设置两台精密过滤器。滤芯是选用一 种高性能表面过滤材料，选用真空烧结的五层不锈钢编织网，这种材料广泛用于加氢装置的原料油过滤工艺。isone ofthepra cticalform ofvalues.Theso-call ed value s refers to the obj

56、应炉加热到反应条件下温度后进入反应器进行加氢脱硫、脱氮、脱氧反应。油中烯烃完成烯烃饱和反应，部分蜡油进行裂解反应，生成干气、汽油及柴油。油中金属、非金属化合物经反应后沉积在催化剂床层。加氢反应器设置三个催化剂床层，上床层装有保护剂，中间装有蜡油精制剂，下床层装有柴油精制剂。两床层之间设置冷氢箱，注入急冷氢控制反应器床层温度。反应器中装填的保护剂有二种，为 KG55和KF542它的作用是通过化学反应除掉油有害物质，起到保护催化剂作用。精制剂 KF757和KF905是主催化剂，它的作用是对原料油进行加氢脱硫、氮、氧反应，进行饱和烯烃反应、脱出金属、非金属反应。4. 加氢反应产物进入高、低压分离系统

57、进行气液两相分离。热高分D-2102 的作用是对反应物进行高压条件下的热态汽、液两相分离，其中气相分离出氢气和汽、柴、水，再经冷却后进入冷高分D-2104 进行高压冷态下的氢气、汽柴油和水的三相分离。热高分液相分离的高分油(溶解少量的气体、汽、柴油)进入热低分D-2103 进行热态下的降压分离。其中气相分离的干气和汽、柴、水的蒸汽经冷却进入冷低分D-2105 进行冷态下的气、油、水的分离。热低分液相分离的蜡油进入汽提塔。5. 经过冷高分D-2104 分离出的氢气进入脱硫系统，循环氢脱硫后进入循环氢压缩机建立临氢系统氢气循环，循环氢由原料换热前热态条件下混氢，氢气对原料起到稀释作用。循环氢流经反
