11、her教育教学督导评估汇报材料乐东县九所中学一年来,在县委县政府和县教育主管部门的正确领导和具体指导下,我校坚持以“三个代表”和科学发展观为指导,以海南省人民政府拟定 2008 年做为中小学教育教学质量年为契机,通过加大力度对学校教育教学和领导班子建设、师资队伍建设、德育及安全工作、质量效益的规范管理,不断提升内部管理水平,明确办学方向,着力改善办学条件,为促进学生综合素质的全面发展,千方百计提高教育教学质量, 努力办好人民满意的学校而不懈地打拼,做了我们应做的工作,取得了一定的成绩,也存在不少的问题和困难。现将开展活动情况总结如下。一、明确办学目标,认真实施学校发展规划1、结合实际定目标。2
12、008 年初,我校新一轮领导班子上任后,我们认识到,要办好一所学校,必须明确办学目标和清晰的办学思路,才能引导学校踏上正确的坦途。目标不明确,思路不清晰,办学只有盲目性和随意性,无章可循,无法可依,心中无数,办学必定一塌糊涂。我校结合九所地区的实际和学校的发展方向以及学生的特点,制定了长期发展目标和短期管理目标,规划各个环节性的管理,把“构建和谐校园,创设良好育人环境,让每位学生都能成功都能成材”和“努力把学校办成办学有特色、教学有特点、学生有特长的严管理、环境美的农村初级中学”作为学校发展的总体目标,把“坚持不懈抓常规教学,千方百计提高教学质量,促进学生综合素质全面发展”作为中短期学校发展的
13、管理目标,并制订了一系列制度、措施配套操作。2、 实事求是订规划。我校对办学目标定位后,着手制订三年发展规划( 2008 年 2010 年) 。 2008 年做为教育质量年,我校把提高教育教学质量做为学校一切工作的生命线,常抓不懈,并加大力度大力治理脏、乱、差,加强四化建设(净化、绿化、美化、亮化)。努力创造良好的育人环境和改善教职工的生活环境及工作环境,力争今年达到县级规ctivities,compre hensive andtampi ngSafetyFoundation .Troubleshooti ng,manageme ntmechani sm, givefull playtor o

27、d contr olan dinspe ction, safety producti on month, daysupervisi on ofproducti on safetyand theOlympi cGamesa nd ot her范化办学标准。2008 年 2009 年侧重建立校园治安综合治理长效管理机制,创建平安校园、文明学校特色,抓好学校创建工作,规范办学行为,促进学校均衡发展。2010 年创建循环生态经济示范学校,推进生态文化、经济文化和校园文化建设,努力构建平安和谐发展的农村新型校园。力争三年教育教学质量大见成效。并采取整体启动,分步实施,有计划、有步骤、扎实、稳妥地推进,力
28、争2010 年达到省级规范学校的办学标准。3、 打造和谐、平安、 文明生态校园特色。一年来,我校根据学校的实际和发展的方向,把打造“平安校园、生态校园”,做为学校办学的特色。上个学期以来,我校以建省办经济特区为契机,根据县文明办、县教育局、县团委和九所镇关于“树文明、立新风,构建和谐乐东”和“加强城乡环境综合整治工作”的通知精神,按照“净化、绿化、美化、亮化”的目标,针对学校严重存在的“脏、乱、差”的现状和师生员工中的不文明行为,加大力度,着力整治。我们发动全校师生员工,对校园的卫生死角、公共场所、教师住宿区乱倒垃圾、乱排污水、乱摆摊设点、乱搭建、乱堆放等混乱局面进行整治。在加大清理的同时,加
29、大管理力度,对随地吐痰、吐槟榔水、丢烟头、果皮、纸屑杂物等不文明、不卫生行为坚决制止。对抢占校园公共场所搭建栅经营、搭灶开膳,严重影响校容校貌的恶劣行为,进行严肃处理。在师生的共同努力下,校容校貌焕然一新,设置不科学的垃圾池和不合理种植物已被清除,校园里拉配路灯,校道两旁宠大的黑板报贴上了彩瓷画幅,变成了具有深刻教育内涵的文化长廊,增添了浓厚的文化氛围,教学楼前铺设的彩瓷地板中配套了“2008 五环图案”花池构成了一道亮丽的风景线,花草树木相争斗绿,师生的学习环境、工作环境和居住环境大大改善,净化、绿化、美化、亮化的目标基本实现。 4、 建立校园治安综合治理和安全防范的长效管理机制。为了维护学
30、校正常稳定的教学秩序,为师生创造良好的工作、学习环境,我们着手建立起学校治安综合治理和安全防范的长效管理机制,保证师生性命安全和学校财产免遭损失。九所地区治安较严峻,九所中学学生打架、斗殴成风。针对这一现象,我们的作法是:采取内外结合,两肋插刀的治理措施,加强综合治理工作的管理。我们采取的外部结ctivities,compre hensive andtamping SafetyFoundation .Troubleshooti ng, managementmechanism, givefullplaytorole of technicalsupe rvision andrealizationo

48、所,加强沟通联络,加大人民警察的警力帮助,(3)充分借助九所镇各行政村村委会书记、村长的职能作用,调动村官们积极参与学校治安综合治理和安全防范工作的积极性,加强对各村学生的教育督促管理,达到学校、家庭、社会齐抓共管的目的。我们采取的内部结合是:( 1 )严格要求学校校警加大巡管工作的力度,切实维护好校园治安。( 2)严密组织以体育教师为骨干的敢做敢干的教师,组成学校治安联防护校队,充实学校治安综合治理的力量。( 3)充分发挥共青团、学生会干部的模范带头作用,让这些学生官积极参与到学校治安综合治理和安全防范的工作中。因为学校常发生的打架、斗殴或闹矛盾现象,往往来自学生本身,学生干部参与学校工作的
49、管理,能够随时发现问题反馈信息,为学校及时解决问题争取主动权。同时对于学校难以处理的一些棘手问题,往往通过学生之间相互沟通,消除矛盾,化干戈为玉帛,达到“港人治港”的目的。我们通过建立学校综合治理和安全防范管理网络的长效管理机制, 为构建和谐校园创设良好的育人环境提供了有力的保障。一年来,校园治安明显好转,打架斗殴现象已销声匿迹,这两个学期开学始,学校举行开学典礼,都特地请来了九所镇领导、镇派出所官兵和镇各村村委会书记、村主任与会,并做为佳宾代表在大会上发言,给获奖学生颁奖,为我校开展校园治安综合治理、齐抓共管打下了坚实的基础。二、坚持不懈抓常规教学,千方百计提高教学质量,不断完善办学管理水平
