绿色交通论文：基于绿色理念的城市交通系统评价

1、【中文摘要】经济的快速发展，带动了城市化进程的加快，诱发人们对交通需求的不断增加，从而致使一系列交通问题的出现，交通拥堵造成时间和资源的严重浪费，交通事故的频发、汽车尾气的排放、环境污染的加剧、城市生态的恶化等日益凸显的众多问题，已严重影响了社会的各个方面，一定程度上阻碍城市的可持续发展。绿色交通，作为一种新的理念，是交通观念从车本位向人本位的转化，目标是实现交通的可持续发展、资源的最优利用、交通与生态、资源的协调，从而促进交通与社会、经济、资源环境等的和谐发展，符合社会的可持续发展观念。本文在探讨绿色交通理论基础上，分析了城市交通与城市经济、环境等相互间的作用，深刻认识到发展城市绿色交通是为
