1、姓名: 辅导内容:名著阅读柳林风声 【知识梳理】The Wind in the Willows(柳林风声)(Kenneth Grahame 肯尼斯·格雷厄姆)【作者简介】:肯尼思·格雷厄姆,英国作家,生于英国苏格兰的爱丁堡。格雷厄姆的童年很不幸,五岁丧母,随后丧父,几兄弟都由亲戚收养。中学毕业后,他没有钱 继续读大学,二十岁进英格兰银行工作,直到1908年,因在银行里被一疯汉用枪击伤而退休。他喜欢自然和文学,业余研究动物和写作,很早就是一位很有名气的作家。在他的独生儿子六岁时,他为儿子编讲故事,儿子听得入了迷,暑假也不肯到外地去,他只好答应用写信的方式把故事继续写给他看。1
2、907年,他写给儿子的一叠信成为柳林风声的基础。柳林风声是美国总统老罗斯福先生爱不释手的文学名著,曾连读三遍。柳林风声也是关于家园最美丽的英文经典,是英文世界里最伟大的儿童文学作品,是一个世纪来改变人们思维和生活方式的作品,同时也是最能代表20世纪的百本书之一。【故事情节简介】:柳林风声作品中的主人公分别是身穿人类服装并且能说会道的鼹鼠、河鼠、狗獾和蛤蟆。全书由12章组成。第一章“河流”始于万物勃生的春季:鼹鼠在春日情怀的感召下奋力爬出黑暗的地下居所,置身于充满勃勃生机的河岸地带。很快,鼹鼠与居住在河岸洞穴中的河鼠一见如故,成为了朋友。第二章“大路”的背景转换为夏日,河鼠和鼹鼠前往蛤蟆府邸。蛤
3、蟆此时迷上了驾着大马车在大路上漫游,他让来客坐上自己的大马车,一同出游。在路上,他们乘坐的马车被一辆飞驰而来的崭新的大汽车撞翻到路旁的沟里,谁知蛤蟆不怒反喜,原来他又迷上了这“璞璞璞”高速奔驰的汽车。第三章“野森林”、第四章“獾先生”和第五章“温馨的旧居”是连成一气进行讲述的。鼹鼠在一个飘雪的冬日下午独自进人野森林,结果在林中迷了路。河鼠找到了已筋疲力尽的鼹鼠,两个不速之客碰巧闯进了獾先生的居所,受到了热情款待。第六章“蛤蟆先生”的背景已转换为初夏,獾先生同河鼠和鼹鼠一起前往蛤蟆府邸,将准备乘汽车外出兜风的蛤蟆禁闭起来。不久蛤蟆施计逃离,开始了新的历险。蛤蟆偷开了一辆停在客店院子里的新车,结果
4、被判长达20年的监禁。第七章“黎明前的排箫声”讲述的是河鼠和鼹鼠如何寻找水獭已失踪多日的儿子“小胖子”。第八章“蛤蟆历险记”讲述了蛤蟆如何在老牢头好心肠女儿的帮助下通过掉包计逃出监狱。第九章“向往远游”讲述的是河鼠被一只来自君士坦丁堡的海老鼠的远游经历所深深吸引,心向往之。第十章“蛤蟆二次历险”和第十一章“眼泪像夏日的风暴一样流淌”讲述了蛤蟆回到河岸地区后发生的事情。蛤蟆的豪华府邸已被大批黄鼠狼和貂鼠强占,在獾先生的主持下,他们拟订了用计谋夺回蛤蟆府的行动计划。第十二章“尤利西斯归来”讲述了整个奇袭行动的过程以及4位朋友夺回蛤蟆府邸后重振家园及举行庆祝宴会的情形。在经历了这一切之后,蛤蟆变得成
5、熟起来,河岸地区也恢复了往日的生机和秩序。【人物介绍】:鼹鼠在象征意义上,鼹鼠可看做一个成人期待视野中的乖孩子,谨慎本分,心地善良,但需要通过进入社会结识良师益友,学习和掌握必要的社会习俗和规则,掌握生存和享受生活的必要知识,从而健康地成长起来。 河鼠至于河鼠,他可以被看作是生活中不可多得的思想和人格都相对成熟的益友,对人真诚友好,善解人意,乐于助人。他一方面非常务实,精明能干,具有丰富的生活常识及为人处世的道理,无论是水上的营生(游泳、划船、熟知季节变化等)还是一应家务操持(烹制美食,家常膳食,居家度日等)无所不能,在象征意义上具有家庭中母亲的角色因素;另一方面,他又是一个有诗人气
6、质的人或者说就是一个诗人,时常写些诗句抒发所思所感(这在某种程度上折射了作者本人的影子)。当然,这个具备理想人格的河鼠也有精神迷茫,灵魂出窍的时候。在一个季节转换,迁徙性动物纷纷离别河岸地区的时节,河鼠遇见一个来自海外的海老鼠。在听了海外来客讲述的远游经历和迷人的海外风光之后,河鼠黯然神伤,失魂落魄,陷入了短暂的精神危机之中。好友鼹鼠及时地阻止了河鼠梦游般的离家出走。 3 蛤蟆从象征意义看,蛤蟆代表着一种顽童(坏小子)的人格形象。他追求刺激,追求新奇,追求生命乐趣的彻底张扬,具体表现为“喜新厌旧”式的追新求异。在人格特征方面,蛤蟆不仅像西游记中的猪八戒,“小智若愚”,自负好
7、胜,喜欢吹牛;而且还有些像水浒传中的花和尚鲁智深,是性情中人,率直纯真。作为顽童,蛤蟆具有强烈的自我中心特征,而且虚荣心和好胜心非常突出,喜欢听赞扬话,渴望成为众人瞩目的中心(是“英俊、成功、人见人爱的蛤蟆”)。用心理分析话语来说,这个“坏小子”蛤蟆代表着原发的“伊底”能量,既有旺盛的创造力,更具有强烈的破坏性。而在广泛的意义上,蛤蟆代表着一切不愿循规蹈矩的淘气儿童的心理倾向和深层愿望,包括建设性的积极因素和破坏性的消极因素。一方面蛤蟆实现了追求“不断变化的地平线”的理想,另一方面蛤蟆由于随心所欲而频频逾规,不仅在人类社会遭受重罚,经历磨难,还被动物世界的不良之徒(黄鼠狼、貂鼠等)夺走了硕大的
8、家产。所以蛤蟆的人格倾向必须得到整合,在强化积极因素的同时,消除消极因素,由此去争取尽可能美好的理想目标的实现。 狗獾狗獾则象征着“超自我”的人格倾向。他是河岸地区的权威人物,同时又是超然在上的神秘人物。在四个动物主人公当中,狗獾的辈分是最高的,因为他是蛤蟆已故父亲的生前至交,说他是几个动物的父辈毫不为过。他是严厉的,又是慈祥的。事实上,他的不可或缺的作用每每在关键时刻体现出来:在鼹鼠和河鼠被困于大雪纷飞的野森林中的危急时刻;在蛤蟆陷入无法自拔的疯狂行动而必须及时对他采取“挽救”措施的重要时刻;在夺回被黄鼠狼们霸占的蛤蟆府邸的惊险时刻等等,概莫能外。【生词导读】:单词词性意思单词词性
