3、on and operating instructionTEST PROCEDURE Preparation before test- Check the rudder and steering gear installation. 检验舵系、舵机安装- Check the gearing and parts installation.检验舵机传动装置的安装1. Check electric motors insulation resistance before test and record on table 1.:试验前检验电机的绝缘电阻纪录在表1中。2. Start No.1 &

4、 No.2 pumps and check motor starting and running current and record on table 1.启动1,2号泵,检验电机的启动、运转电流,数据记入表1。3. Check rudder angle indicator 检验舵角指示器1) Steer the rudder to starboard by steps 0º,5º,10º,15º,35ºand compare mechanical and electrical rudder angle indicators. Record

5、on table 2.把舵按0º,5º,10º,15º,35º逐渐右转,比较机械和电舵角指示,把值记入表3。2) Steer the rudder to port by steps 0º,5º,10º,15º,35ºand compare mechanical and electrical rudder angle indicators. Record on table 2.把舵按0º,5º,10º,15º,35º逐渐左转,比较机械和电舵角指示,

6、把值记入表2。4. Check the limit switch 检验限位开关1) Start No1 pump motor. Steer the rudder to starboard by simulating the bridge command signal from the starter box and check the starboard limit switch setting. Record the set value on table 3. 启动1号泵,通过在启动箱模拟桥楼驾驶室命令信号,操纵舵到右向,检验右限位开关,把限位值记入表3。2) By-passing the

7、limit switches check the starboard mechanical stop setting and record the set value on table 3.不使用限位开关,检验右向机械限位停设置,把值记入表3。3) Steer the rudder to port by simulating the bridge command signal from the starter box and check the port limit switch setting. Record the set value on table 3.通过在启动箱模拟桥楼驾驶室命令信

8、号,操纵舵到左向,检验左限位开关,把限位值及入表3。4) By-passing the limit switches check the port mechanical stop setting and record the set value on table 3. 检验左向机械限位停设置,把值记入表4。5. Check emergency steering1) Stop No 1 pump motor and start No 2 pump motor. 停止1号泵,启动2号泵2) Steer the rudder to port by emergency pushbutton on th

9、e hydraulic valve unit and check the system working properly, and check the setting of safety valve & relief valve and record on table 4.使用泵站液压阀单元上的应急按钮把舵转到左舷,检查系统工作情况,检验安全阀和释放阀的设置,把数据纪录在表4中。3) Steer the rudder to starboard by emergency pushbutton on the hydraulic valve unit and check the system

10、 working properly, and check the setting of safety valve & relief valve and record on table 4.使用泵站液压阀单元上的应急按钮把舵转到右舷,检查系统工作情况,检验安全阀和释放阀的设置,把数据纪录在表4中。6. Steering test/sea trial check操舵试验/试航时做1) Shift the selector switch to “BRIDGE” position. 把选择开关置于桥位置2) Push the “Lamp test” button on bridge panel

11、 and check all indicator lamps are lighting.检验试灯3) Running No.1 pump and operating follow-up rudder control handwheel. Port from 0 deg. to 35 deg. then to 0 deg. Starboard from 0 deg. to 35 deg. then to 0 deg. and steer from 35 deg. to 35 deg. at other side. Record the time of rudder angle ,the time

12、 is less than 28 second. Record the oil pressure; working current and voltage.运行1号泵,通过手轮控操作舵,从0 º转到左35 º再到0 º,转到右35 º,再到0 º,从一侧35 º转到另一侧35 º,循环进行,纪录转舵时间,不超过28秒。纪录油压力,工作电流和电压。4) Running No.2 pump and operating follow-up rudder control handwheel. Record the data.运行2号

13、泵,通过手轮控制舵,纪录数据。7. Check function of the alarm devices and record on table 5检验报警设备的功能记入表5。8.
