The simple drawings are easy to understand and general, students are temporally get rid of

3、 the boring materials and learn English by such lively ways. Here are some simple drawings.From the simple drawings above, students can learn everything well and effectively. Here are also more examples, when I teach “happy, sad, angry, smile” , I draw the pictures of each on the blackboard and let

4、them say out the English. If I completely ask them to remember the four words automatically, the result is within the imagination. And also, the Present Continuous Tense can be taught with simple pictures, thus it is easy to use. For example, when we teach the forms of “be+ Ving”, we can use such pi

5、ctures:Very often in my teaching, I often use apple trees to evaluate the group performances . 6、eaching Reflection (2)Nowadays all the excellent lessons are characterized by the application of multi-media. Are the multi-media really effective in the process of teaching? Admittedly, the presentation of PPT is kind of visual and vivid, which can largely raise the rhythm of class. Meanwhile, all

7、the interesting pictures and vides attract them a lot. From this angle, I think it is vital in the modern teaching. However, as the emergence of computers, the traditional blackboard disappears. The cultivation of writing is more or less influenced. To some extent, students have no standard to imita

8、te. Also, the simple connection between computers and students forms. So language learning gradually loses the initial purpose, and computers have no feelings, they can not completely replace the communication between people and people. English teaching is kind of communication and application, so a

9、s English teachings, we should use muti-media rationally and do not abuse pictures and songs to distract students attention. I think the methods of modern education will be helpful and effective in the future only if we teachers use them flexibly and earnestly. Teaching Reflection (3)These days I al

10、ways wonder how to teach students to be a knowledgeable as well as cultivated man? In the daily teaching, I cant help paying more attention to the knowledge areas in replace of the cultivation. I still remembered that I scolded a student bitterly for some impolite words. So he, more or less holds a

11、prejudice on me, which makes me lose in thought. Certainly, the starting point is good, but some ways we teachers take are inevitably extreme and even sometimes hurt their childish hearts. So today, I reflect a lot for what I have done before, still, some regrets left. Many times, I just care about

12、my own feelings and scold students in front of the whole class. Thus, an invisible gap comes between students and me. Here, I just want to say to myself, students are all individual ones and deserve respect from our teachers. We must take reasonable and acceptable ways to treat them. Only with love

13、and effective ways of teaching d love in return. Here, I think all the teachers should think about it deeply. Students should become personal and cultivated.
