37、,杨家庄大桥施工进度见后附图。5、桥墩、盖梁施工方法5.1墩柱施工方案淀浦河桥墩柱采用等截面实心墩,等截面实心墩采用翻模法施工。模板:采用整体钢模。钢筋、砼施工:一次性浇注的墩、台身采用定型钢模板和钢支架一次支模到顶,整体浇筑。墩身钢筋,一次绑扎成型。分层浇注的墩、台模板分节拼接,钢筋工厂化加工成型,在上一节段浇注完成后吊装连接。砼由拌合站集中生产,混凝土输送车运输,混凝土泵车或输送泵连续灌筑。砼养护:根据季节不同分别选用砼的养护施工方法,夏季主要采用降温法施工,一是对砼骨料进行洒水冷却,二是在砼浇筑后采用浇水养护降温。冬季不安排施工。5.2墩柱施工工艺(1)墩台钢筋制作安装钢筋在加工车间按设

38、计图纸集中下料、分型号、规格堆码、编号,平板车运到现场,在桥墩钢筋骨架定位模具上绑扎。墩柱钢筋与桩基或上节墩柱预埋钢筋焊接,接长时采用单面焊,焊缝长度不小于10d,焊接人员必须全部持证上岗,以保证焊接质量。接长钢筋时,为保证钢筋不变形,可在墩顶搭设钢管井架辅助施工。在绑扎完钢筋后,用3根缆风绳将钢筋固定,防止钢筋整体倾覆。结构主筋接头采用直筒螺纹或焊接方式连接,主筋与箍筋之间采用扎丝进行绑扎。绑扎或焊接的钢筋网和钢筋骨架不得有变形、松脱现象。采用同标号砂浆混凝土垫块。(2)模板工程1)模板型式矩形实心桥墩模板均采用1.2m*1.5m钢模板,矩形墩外模由两片主模和两片侧模组成,主模面板尺寸1.5

39、米(高)×1.2m(宽),侧模面板尺寸1.5m(高)×1.2m(宽),外模共4块模板。用汽车吊和运输车辆将大模板运至施工现场,将实心墩周边场地清理完成后,现场用汽车吊进行拼装;先立一侧主模,再立两边侧模,最后立另一侧主模,调整好模板位置后,用螺栓和模板连接件将主模和侧模连接牢固,并及时安装好对拉螺栓。然后用水准仪控制第一套模板上口标高,用薄铁片将模板调平,以保证上部其他模板上口水平模板组成平面图如上;模板组成立面图如下图:2)砼浇筑墩身砼浇筑采用混凝土运输罐车运输,泵送入模,柱墩高度在4m或4m以下,均一次性浇筑,柱墩高度在4m以上,分层浇筑,漏斗置于墩顶中心,人工进入到墩

40、内挂串桶,串桶距墩底高度不大于2m。混凝土采用集中拌合,自动计量,罐车运输,泵送混凝土或用汽车吊吊运至漏斗内,混凝土经串桶入模,工人进入到墩底用插入式振动棒振捣,如果墩柱高度超过振动棒作业范围,要求工人必须进入模板内进行振捣,以保证混凝土质量。混凝土采用集中拌制,混凝土拌和物应搅拌均匀,不得有离析和泌水现象,坍落度控制在1416cm。混凝土采用集中拌合,自动计量,罐车运输,泵送混凝土或用汽车吊吊运施工,插入式振捣器振捣。混凝土分层浇筑,分层厚度控制在3045cm。振捣采用插入式振动器,振捣时严禁碰撞钢筋和模型。振动器的振动深度一般不超过棒长度2/33/4倍,振动时要快插慢拔,不断上下移动振动棒

41、,以便捣实均匀,减少混凝土表面气泡。振动棒插入下层混凝土中510cm,移动间距不超过40cm,与侧模保持510cm距离,对每一个振动部位,振动到该部位混凝土密实为止,即混凝土不再冒出气泡,表面出现平坦泛浆。当混凝土浇注到墩顶时,撤掉漏斗及串桶。等砼强度达到施工技术规范要求时,小心拆除模板,保护好墩身不受碰撞,棱角完好不破损。3)混凝土养护根据施工对象、环境、水泥品种、外加剂以及混凝土性能的不同采用不同的养护方案,各类混凝土结构的养护措施及养护时间遵守公路砼强度检验评定标准规定。当新浇结构物与流动水接触时,采取防水措施,保证混凝土在规定的养护期之内不受水的冲刷。拆模后的混凝土立即使用保温保湿的无

42、纺土工布覆盖,外贴隔水塑料薄膜,使用自动喷水系统和喷雾器,不间断养护,避免形成干湿循环,养护时间不少于7d后,拆除养生毯,再用塑料薄膜紧密覆盖,保湿养护14d 以上。养护期间混凝土强度未达到规定强度之前,不得承受外荷载。4)施工缝处理混凝土构件应尽量一次浇筑完成,施工前必须做好停水、停电的应急措施,尽量避免由施工原因造成在混凝土浇筑过程中出现施工缝,当不可避免施工缝时,按规范要求进入混凝土施工缝处理程序。施工缝处理按公路工程桥涵施工规范等相关规定进行,当施工缝处于水平状时,浇筑上层混凝土前应首先浇筑50100mm厚的水泥砂浆,以提高接缝处混凝土的密实性。6、桥墩盖梁施工各项安全措施及安全注意事

43、项6.1砼泵送设备的主要安全措施桥墩主要使用混凝土汽车泵输送混凝土,其安全措施如下:1、泵操作工必须是经培训合格的有证人员,严禁无证操作。2、泵管的质量应符合要求,对已经磨损严重及局部穿孔现象的泵管不准使用,以防爆管伤人。3、泵管架设的支架要牢固,转弯处必须设置井字式固定架。泵管转弯宜缓,接头密封要严。4、混凝土泵料斗内的砼保持一定的高度,防止吸入空气造成堵管或管中气锤声和造成管尾甩伤人的现象。5、混凝土泵的安全阀必须完好,泵送时先试送,注意观察泵的液压表和各部位工作正常后加大行程。在砼坍落度较小和开始起动时使用短行程。检修时必须卸压后进行。6、当发生堵管现象时,立即将泵机反转把砼退回料斗,然

44、后正转小行程泵送,如仍然堵管,则必须经拆管排堵处理后开始,不得强行加压泵送,以防发生炸管等事故。7、砼浇筑结束前用压力水清洗泵时,泵管口前面严禁站人。6.2脚手架工程安全措施1、严格按照桥墩脚手架施工方案及有关规范进行施工。2、钢管脚手架的杆件连接必须使用合格的玛钢扣件,不得使用铅丝或其它材料绑扎。3、矩形墩施工脚手架必须与结构拉接牢固,拉接点垂直距离最大不得超过4米,水平距离不得超过6米。采用刚性拉结,在拉接点处设可靠支顶。4、脚手架的操作面必须满铺脚手板,离墙面不得大于20厘米,不得有空隙和探头板、飞跳板。施工层脚手板下一步架处兜设水平安全网。操作面外侧应设两道护身栏杆和一道挡脚板或设一道

45、护身栏杆,立挂安全网,下口封严,防护高度应为1.5米。5、脚手架必须保证整体结构不变形,纵向必须设置剪刀撑,剪刀撑与水平面夹角为45度60度。6.3焊接作业安全措施桥墩部分部位需要焊接作业,其安全措施如下:1、工作时应穿戴工作服、绝缘鞋、电焊手套、防护面罩、护目镜等防护用品,高处作业时系安全带;2、焊接作业现场周围10米内不得堆放易燃易爆物品;3、作业前检查焊机、线路、电焊机外壳保护接零,确认安全;4、焊接时二次线必须双线到位,严禁用其他金属物作二次线回路;5、焊把线不得放在电弧附近或炽热的焊缝旁,不得碾压焊把线;6、气焊时先开乙炔阀点火,后开氧气阀调整火焰。关闭时先关乙炔阀,再关氧气阀;7、乙炔瓶安装回火防止器,氧气瓶和乙炔
