42、anyothercausewhatsoeverbeyondthereasonablecontrolofBuyerorSeller;thisshallbehereinafterreferredtoasForceMajeure.SuchnoticeshallsetforthinreasonabledetailthenatureoftheForceMajeureandthebestestimatebythepartyclaimingForceMajeureofthedurationthereof.Thepartysoaffectedshallnotbeliabletotheotherfordamag
