11、eermodel role; to continuestostre ngthe ning "four模板工程施工方案一、工程概况本工程为嘉祥县祥苑小区住宅楼工程,位于嘉祥县老机械厂院内,为嘉祥县地质工程勘察院勘察,嘉祥县建筑工程设计院设计,济宁兴业监理有限公司监理。建设单位已提供全套施工图纸, 各种手续齐全, 施工现场三通一平工作已完成,已具开工条件。二、编制依据本方案依据如下施工图纸和有关的施工规范进行编制。1、 混凝土工程施工质量验收规范;2、 建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范;3、 建设工程安全生产管理条例;4、 建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架技术规范;5、 建筑施工模板安全技术规范三、
12、搭设方案1、支撑架的选择构造柱、梁和板均采用木模板。支撑系统采用钢管,扣件,钢筋及方木。2、材料要求1)、主材采用外径48mm壁厚3.5mm的Q235钢管,其材质应符合规范要求。表面平整光滑,无锈蚀、裂纹等,搭设前进行保养除锈,并统一涂刷颜色。2) 、钢管扣件应采用可锻铸铁铸造。规格与钢管匹配,不得有裂纹、气孔、砂眼等, 贴面应平整,活动部位灵活。符合建设部钢管脚手架扣件标准要求。3、支撑架的搭设方法1 ) 、支撑架采用落地式钢管,梁底立杆间距沿梁截面方向为800,沿梁长度方向为1000。2 )、模板支架步距不大于1.8m,板模板支架纵横立杆间距均不大于 1 m,立 杆距离地面200MMK置纵
13、横扫地杆。3)、支撑架纵向、横向各设置一道剪刀撑,门面房框架高度超过4m按规范加设水平. 竖向剪刀撑。钢管与地面成4560°夹角,最下面的斜杆与立杆的联接点。剪力撑钢管的接长接点,应采用搭接,?搭接长度不小于50cm并采用两只转向扣件锁定。?4) 、 所有杆件联接均须用螺栓或扣件,每个节点的螺栓帽均要拧紧(用力矩fback boneba ckbone role ;to fullstre ngthe ning mem bersyouthw ork,full playyouth empl oyeesi n compa nydevel opme nt in theofforce role;

28、stostre ngthe ning "four扳手控制),支撑架的搭设应横平竖直。?5)、支撑架之间应牢固拉接。立杆根部垫木块 150X 150X 20,立杆需要接长时采用对接。立杆顶部在主横杆的下方增设一个扣件,防止扣件滑动。6 )、板的模板下部木方采用80X60硬木,铺设在次横杆上,间距 300mm7 )、木模板采用15mnS定形板材。木模板钉设在方木上。8 ) 、每道支撑架搭设完工,应有专人检查验收合格后方可使用。? 柱、墙、梁、板的支撑架安装大样详见附图。四、拆除方案? 1 、支撑架拆除前应由项目经理或单位工程负责人召集有关人员对工程进行全面检查,结构混凝土强度达到拆除模板
29、要求,报监理公司审查批准后,方可拆除。? 2 、拆除支撑架,应有专人负责。?3、拆除支撑架时应分段拆除,先拆除板的支撑,后拆除梁的支撑;先拆除纵横杆,后拆除立杆;先拆除侧模板,后拆除底模板;?4、拆下的杆件与零件和模板,应分堆 ( 零配件装入容器内), 用平台和吊车向上搬运。?5、拆下的杆件与零配件和模板运到地面时,应随时分品种、分规格堆放整齐,妥善保管。五、安全技术措施? 1 、搭拆支撑架必须进行安全知识教育和安全技术交底。? 2 、搭拆支撑架时,工人必须戴好安全帽,佩好安全带,工具及零配件要放在工具袋内,穿防滑鞋工作,袖口、裤口要扎紧。? 3、搭设支撑架起步时应设临时剪刀撑及临时支撑,搭设
30、高度超过 3M时,在中间设置操作平台,操作平台铺脚手板。?4、吊运钢管等须专用的保险吊钩,钢管严禁单点起吊,堆放平? 5 、支撑架在搭设前,结构混凝土必须有足够的强度。9 、结构层浇混凝土时,结构层下必须有二层的支撑架。或支撑架下的混凝土强度达到100%。10 、严禁支撑架与脚手架连接。8、严格按照施工方案和操作规程搭设和拆除。六、支撑架的计算1、计算依据建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ 1302001)建筑结构荷载规范(GB 50009-2001)2、使用参数支撑架每根立杆自重0.13KN/m(按照脚手架取值),次横杆间距0.5M;主横杆间距1.0M。步距h=1.8M。钢管外径4
