7、方案为严格按该工程合同各项技术要求和施工进度的落实，确保防火卷帘安装施工质量，达到消防验收，现作如下安装施工组织方案：一、技术管理机构二、施工组织1、人员培训为加强防火卷帘门的施工监管，确保施工质量达到设计和规范要 求，参加施工的人员行实全员培训，所有业务人员，技术人员，技工 和施工人员都在公司内进行对该项目和施工质量要求进行短时间培 训，教育，经考核合格后方可上岗。2、安全教育所有参加施工作业的人员贯彻以“预防为主，安全第一”的方针, 实行工地施工安全责任制到人的分工责任制，遵守国家施工工程安 全管理协议的法规，严格执行各项规章制度，作好安全管理工作。 所有参加现场作业人员必须遵纪守法，遵守

19、ntre servedspace,forfuture on a nd other im portantregi onal ecologi calcompe nsationcoverage,thestfireprevention.Firesafety isthefirstpriority六、施工质量保证措施1、施工质量保证措施（ 1）在项目经理的领导下，施工队必须指定一名质量员负责本队的施工质量，随时监督施工中的安装尺寸、位置、组织情况和选配料的质量和配件质量。做到及时发现，及时纠正。（ 2）工地设兼职质量员一名，全面监督整体施工质量，每天汇总施工现场进度和质量状况，随时检查或抽检质量情况和及时

20、指导工作中出现的不规范作法。要求施工人员严格按施工工艺进行施工。（ 3）凡抽检或整体检查时必须作好施工记录，发现有问题及时反应，并立即采取措施，及时整改。不能有质量问题，如出现有质量问题应立即纠正，不能马虎从事。（ 4） 现场设置兼职安全员一名，对施工现场的安全情况进行监督，发现有不安全的地方或安全隐患时及时指出，立即整改，决不能带着问题工作。（ 5）为确保质量和安全作到责任到人，分工明确，任务包干，安全措施到位。实行到现场施工人员的考核制，不合格者不录用的原则，确保施工质量。（ 6）做好质量验收工作，施工时，把好原材料关，产品质量关，技术质量关，施工质量关，真正做到施工前，检查施工现场的各部

21、尺寸，安装要求及措施，产品规格、型号、数量是否与设计相符。施工中的安装技术要求和进度数、质量必须严格管理，严格要求，作到心中有数，对于不合格应及时处理。施工后的质量自检和整改工作的落实和填写各种验收报告等工作。（ 7）项目经理为施工工程的质量第一责任人，应及时作出记录、台帐，不能遗漏。必须全面参与质量管理，并组织和明确施工队长和施工人员的质量控制目标、方法、操作要点和责任。2、现场质量管理（ 1）乙方对整个工程施工过程中的质量工作负责，监理方负责工程质量的监督，验收工作。（ 2）乙方根据实际环境制定施工方案或其它，并经甲方，监理方负责人签字认可方可施工。施工过程中如需做适当更改，乙方必须提出书面申请，经甲方负责人签字认可方可施工。
