3、部收入须依中华人民共和国的法律纳税。11.使用商品权:除了承租人以外,任何人不经出租人书面同意,不得使用该商品。12.保证:承租人在签约后,但必须在装运期一个月前,向出租人提交××中国银行出具的以出租人为受益人的保证函,作为承租人履行本协议全部义务的保证金。13.延期付款的罚金:若承租人未按期付款,则必须向出租人交纳延期款项的罚金,年率为×%,时间从付款到期日计算至实际付款日期。14.维修:承租人必须自负费用维持商品的良好状况;但是出租人必须对商品的故障负责,承租人有权想出租人提出赔偿因此所遭受的损失。15.有效期限:本协议的有效期是一年,自商品抵达目的港日计算。
