2、;FOB C&F或 CIF条款"执行与海外客商所签定的。（4）为方便乙方联系业务，甲方需要及时提供除乙方本职以外的所有便利，货款达到甲方帐户后，甲方应及时通知乙方，以便乙方开展下一步工作。      （5）在整个过程中，乙方只承担自己联系客户的电话费，上网费，路费，自己的饭费，招待费，其他一切费用都由甲方承担。（6）乙方只负责联系客户，签定合同，其他所有工作都由甲方完成。（7）在佣金合同期满之前，凡是乙方为甲方联系的客户，甲方不能不通过乙方而直接和乙方联系的签定合同，一旦乙方发现，甲方除了支付该合同相应的佣金给乙方外，甲方还需

3、要支付销售额的5%作为罚金支付给乙方。（8）若销售合同在佣金合同结束之前签定并收到客户定金，而生产或此销售合同的终止在佣金合同期满之后执行，则甲方需要继续按照佣金合同所规定的佣金率支付此销售合同中相应的佣金给乙方。（9）在佣金合同期满之前，乙方在甲方履行该合同的情况下，不得随便将订单转移到别的工厂；在佣金合同期满之后，甲方如果想跟乙方所联系的客户直接联系业务，需征得乙方的同意，协商方可。否则甲方需要继续按照佣金合同所规定的佣金率支付所发生业务金额相应的佣金给乙方。第三条：佣金的计算、给付方式、给付时间：（1） 甲方同意按每笔合同总额的3%支付佣金给乙方。（2） 给付方式及时间：在甲方与乙方所介

4、绍的海外客商签定合同并收到定金后，甲方应支付总佣金的30%给乙方，该供应合同在收到客户的大部分余款后的5天之内支付余下的佣金给乙方。（若在收回余款时，由于银行费用或其他的一切原因而造成与实际应收货款相差，范围在300美金或300美金之内，甲方不得因这个问题而拒绝支付或拖延支付乙方佣金）。若为全额信用证，则在甲方收到货款后，5天内支付总佣金给乙方，其他同上！第四条：（1） 甲方若不按本合同第三条的（2）执行，逾期一天应支付乙方滞纳金，滞纳金系数为：总佣金的5/天。（2） 甲方同意凡乙方所介绍的海外客商，其将来与甲方发生的每笔业务，甲方都将按本合同的第三条支付佣金给乙方，否则，甲方愿接受合同成交额
