4、 technologies but also the foreseeable technologies development in the coming future. In general, this leading-edge approach tells the owner and the hotel what is the need in the present moment as well as what will be the future demand in coming years / months. This approach involves conferencing &a

5、mp; multimedia facilities that will accommodate a wide variety of audiovisual capabilities.我司的设计意图是所有配备音的房间都应具备基本的配置，电源插座，导线管，接线盒，区域照明在下一阶段的工作中向项目小组提供有关重要信息等，并安装在合适的位置。The implication of our strategy is that all audio-visually equipped rooms should have properbase-building provisions, power outlets,

6、 conduit, junction boxes, zoned lighting and so on needed to make them audio-visually successful. We will provide this important information to the Project Team in our next phase of work.在初步设计概念下，视听系统除可应付现在广泛的器材外，也能适合将来的需要。以下所建议酒店应该设置的器材是基于此概念。Our approach also implies that a system design be comple

7、ted that is inherently flexible and one that accommodates the widest variety of equipment, capabilities and options for the future. The recommendations that follow are based on the assumption that the hotel should be equipped with a relatively complete complement of systems equipment.但是我方并不要求现在购置所有器
