PurposeThe purpose of this document is to establish the commissioning procedure for IDFbody and its s

Inspect and adjust the IDF body、 motor、piping and its accessories, and ensure the running performanee of the equipments is normal, control and protection is correct, so that it can satisfy the requireme nts of running.2. Safety precauti ons1) Before the commissio ning, the prin cipal must in struct all testers to un dersta nd the purpose、require、procedure、dan ger a

7、nd safety measure of the commissi oning, and all testers should know their duty.2) When coming into construction locale, notice alert mark; prohibit going into in eligible walkway, dan gerous work place and non-light ing place.3) Before the commissio ning,assure that all protect ions are workn ormal

8、ly.4) Verify the earthing of fan motor and safeguard of coupling before start fan.5) Close the guide blade tightly before startup.6) Assign a site supervisor and keep away at axial safe zone while running fans.7) Monitor the motor currents strictly, it is forbidden to work overload.8) Monitor the pa

9、rameters of IDF strictly, shut down IDF manually at emerge ncy.9) While accident shutdown, carry out check only after switching out power and hanging a sign of NO OPERATION.5. Precondition for pre-commissioningThere is turn over package from con struct ion team to commissi oning team said that system ready to test.1) Installation of fan & its auxiliary equipment completed and ac

11、cepted.2) Electrical installation finished and protection function is normal. In dividual running of fan motor fini shed with correct rotary directi on and startup curre nt record.3) There is eno ugh light ing at site.4) Removing of debris and scaffold around fan. There is good covering of trench an

12、d no flammables & explosives locally.6.2. Dampers checkThe purpose of the inspection is to make sure that the damper can be operated at DCS, and the position of the damper is the same between CRT display and local meter.1) Full ope n and full close MV (motor-drive valve) check2) The blade (con t

Necessary precondition checkRefer to appe ndix 3.7.2. Trial operation process7.2.1. Cooling fan check and start1) The piping of the cooling fan system

16、is expedite2) The inlet valves of the cooling fans should be open.3) Start up one cooling fan.4) Turn the linkage switch of the spare cooling fan to“uto ” position.7.2.2. Startup one IDFStart one IDF as its procedure and keep the bladening atopperce nt.Adjust blade accord ing the requireme nt.7.2.3.

17、 Start up one FDFStart up FDF should according to the commissioning procedure for FDF system and keep ope ning of 0 perce nt. Adjust blade as dema nding.Keep normal furnace pressure by adjusting guide blade. Check and record the parameters of IDF.7.2.4. Start up the other IDF and FDFStart the other

18、IDF and FDF, keep normal furnace pressure. The process and parameter mon itori ng are as above.7.2.5. Adjust and record of the commissioningfor IDFAdjust guide blade and make the IDF running at a big load state.If IDF can run 8 hours continu ously, the commissi oning is successful.The commissi oning
