3、井径的泵,当其安装深度超在100m左右时采用。工作部件由上、中、下壳、叶轮、锥套、壳轴套和导轴承、叶轮轴等零件组成。叶轮为封闭式(也可采用半开式,在壳体上镶有密封环,以便在磨损后易于更换。壳体之间用螺栓联接(对100JC10、150JC50采用螺纹联接。扬水管为法兰联接的,工作部上端装有短管以利于吊装。2、扬水管部分:由扬水管、传动轴、联轴器和轴承体部件等组成,扬水管有法兰联接和螺纹联接两种形式,传动轴上有一段镀有硬铬,镀铬段的有效长度为轴承长度的两倍,当传轴铬处磨损后,可调换短传动轴(对法兰联接的扬水管或短管(长螺纹联接的扬水管的安装位置,即可再次使用。3、井上部分:是由泵座部件、传动装置、

4、原动机等部件组成。泵座承受全部扬水管和工作部分的重量,泵座出口处根据需要可安装闸阀及逆止阀,并与出水管路相联。传动装置是将原动机的动力传递给传动轴的中间装置。有皮带轮传动装置;齿轮箱传动装置;配普通立式电机需要的推力装置等。深井泵采用的原动机通常是深井泵专用立式空心轴电机,同时也可采用普通立式电机;内燃机等。JC-type axis deep well pump consists of three parts.Le:work parts(including the inlet pipe and bottom valve,part of pipe for pumping water,part a

10、 valve and cut-off valve as needed,and connection with the outlet pipe road.Transmission device transfer the original motive power to the transmission shaft of the intermediate device.There are pulley drives,gear box drives and the thrust device with a general vertical motor and so on.The prime moto

11、r used by deep well pump is usually the vertical hollow shaft motors dedicated by deep well pump,and deep well pump can also use the ordinary vertical motor,internal combustion engines and so on.泵的安装PUMP INSTALLATION1、安装前的准备:(1检查井筒质量和清洗井水:检查井筒内径尺寸和直度是否符合水泵使用条件的要求。对于新打开的水井,必须用空压机或旧泵进行充分的洗涤,直到抽出的水清亮,含

12、砂量符合使用要求为止。(2检查地基质量与泵房:井口的基础应能承受泵的全部重量,保证水泵在长期使用中不变形。泵房的建筑应以泵拆装方便,保证水泵井上部分的工作不受自然条件影响为原则。(3工具、设备的准备,除制造厂随泵带来的夹板,轴承体搬手等工具外,尚需准备如下工具和设备:(a4米左右高的三角架一付;(b手动或电动葫芦一个(起吊重量参见表1;(c钳工工具一套;(d管钳子两把;(e钢丝绳一根;(f枕木两根,圆木和方木若干根。对于螺纹联接的扬水管,尚须两把链钳。此外,还须准备油脂、砂布、钢刷、刀片等物品(4检查并清理零部件:按随泵带来的“产品装箱单”清点泵全套零、部件及图纸资料。用煤油将需要安装的零部件

13、所有配合面(螺纹、止口、端面等、清洗干净,但橡胶制的轴承不得与油类接触,以防橡胶变形。检查所有零件的配合表面是否有磕碰、划伤、油污、锈蚀等。若有,则应仔细进行修整并涂漆防锈,不可马虎。凡在生产厂装配好的部件,一般不必拆开重装,但应对工作部件检查其转动部分是否转动均匀,灵活,轴向串动量是否符合图纸的要求。检查传动轴的弯曲情况:将轴两端用“V”型铁架起,用千分表检查测量,其总跳动量不起过0.4毫米,否则应进行校直。(5安装前零部件的摆放:将清理好的水泵零部件按装配的先后顺序摆放在井旁的圆木上(参见图2。应注意的是:传动轴在距“镀铬段”较远的那一端拧上联轴器以后,按图2所示位置放到扬水管里面。将三角

14、架的中心对准井口中心,并固定稳妥,在检查各项工作就绪,起吊设备保证安全可靠的情况下,即可进行安装。图一安装前水泵各部件的布置1.Preparing for Installation:(1Check the shaft quality and cleaning well water:check the shaft internal diameter size and straightness that whether fitting the conditions of use requirements of the pump.For new wells opened,you should ful

15、ly wash with an air compressor or an old pump,until water pumped is clear and sand content in line with the requirements.(2Check the foundation quality and pump room:the basis of the mouth of the well should be able to withstand the full weight of the pump to ensure long-term use and not be deformed

16、.Pump house building should be easily dismantled to ensure the work of pump above the well for the principle of not affecting the nature condition.(3Preparing for tools and equipments,in addition to bringing the plywood with the pump manufacturer,bearing body wrench and other tools,and still need to

17、 prepare the following tools and equipments:(Aa pair of tripod of4meters high;(Ba manual or motor-driven gourd(lifting weights see Table1;(Ca suit of fitters tools;(Dtwo pipe pliers;(Ea wire rope;(Ftwo sleepers,several logs and lumps of wood.For the pipe or pumping water with thread connection,you s

18、hould prepare two chain clamp. Moreover,you also need to prepare grease,emery cloth,steel brushes,blades and other goods. (4Check and clean parts:check the full parts and drawings of the pump by the“product packing lists”with the pump.Using the kerosene to clean the components need to be installed a

19、nd all the matching surface(thread,end opening,and surface,ect,but the rubber bearings should not contact the oil to prevent deformation of rubber.Check whether all the matching surface of parts have a bump,scoring,greasy dirt,and corrosion,ect.If have,you should repair carefully and paint to preven

20、t rust,and must be careful.All parts assembled in the factory,generally do not have to take part and re-install,but the working parts should be checked whether the rotating part evenly and flexibly rotate,and whether the axial string momentum meets the requirements of the drawings.Check the shaft be

21、nding situation:the shaft ends with"V"-shaped iron set up,check the measure with a dial gauge,and the total amount is not more than0.4mm,or you should be alignment.(5Placement of components prior to installation:put the parts of pump checked to put on the logs beside the well by the order

22、of installation.(see Figure2.It should be noted:After the end of transmissinon shaft far from the"chrome section"screw on the coupling,you should put it to the pipe of pumping water as the Figure2.Put the center of the tripod to align the center of the well opening,and fasten,under the con

24、扬水管,用“轴承体搬手”将轴承部旋入到联管器内,并与扬水管端面紧密接触。(3将另一付“夹板”夹在扬水管的一端连同传动轴一起(如图3所示吊起。先将联轴器与叶轮轴拧紧(传动轴的螺纹均为左螺纹,再将扬水管与已放入井中的短扬水管联接好。图二三角架的摆设情况应注意的是:扬水管起吊时,传动轴应固定在扬水管上,对法兰扬水管,可用粗铁丝制成“S”形如图8所示将轴勾住:对螺纹扬水管则可用麻绳捆住。依此办法,将应安装的扬水管,全部放入井中(4将传动装置轴(用专用电机驱动时,则为电机传动轴装载传动轴上端。(5将最上短扬水管与泵座组装在一起(在结合面上应加石棉纸垫。吊起泵座部件置于井口上方,使传动装置轴穿过泵座中间的

25、填料函孔。将短管与放在井口上的扬水管联接好,在电机轴或装置轴上装好挡水圈。(6当用专用立式电机驱动时,将电机上端的防护罩卸下,拆去调整螺母和传动盘,吊起电机,使电机传动轴穿过电机的空心轴,用螺栓将电机把紧在泵座上。检查电机传动轴与空心轴的对中心性。若不对中,则应调整,保证完全对中为止。接通电源,测试电机转向。(7装好电机上端的传动盘和钩头键。(8将调整螺母装在传动装置轴上,并调整好转子的轴向间隙。调整螺母的螺纹均为正螺纹,除M20的螺距为1.5,M50以上的螺距为3以外,其余螺纹的螺距均为2(即调整螺母旋转一圈时,传动轴提升2mm。(9盖好电机护罩,接通电源(注意的是变压器不宜离水井太远。至此

26、,水泵安装完毕。2.The Installation Order(1Install the inlet parts and the bottom valve components(when the pump with a bottom valve in the bottom of the working part.If the pipe of pumping water is thread connection,you should install a short pipe of pumping water in the upper end of the working parts.Use t

27、he “plywood”(toolbrought with pump to press on the upper of the pipe of pumping water,and lift the working parts into the well by the lifting equipment,and drop the“plywood”on the two sleepers of the well opening prepared in advance.If the working part is too long and the well head is lower,the abov

28、e can be installed separately.(2Place the bearing body on the end of the pipe of pumping water,for the pipe of pumping water of the thread connection,screwing the bearing body in the union device by“bearing body wrench”,and contacting closely with the end surface of the pipe of pumping water.(3Press

29、 the other“plywood”on one end of the pipe of pumping water and lift together with the transmission shaft(as figuer3.First tighten the coupling and the impeller shaft(the thread of transmission shafts is the left thread,then connect the pipe of pumping water with the short pipe of pumping water which

32、er and pump seat assemble together(should add asbestos paper washer on the contact surface.Lifting the pump seat part to place on the above of the well opening,to make the driver shaft through the hole of the stuffing box in the middle of the pump seat.Connect the short tube and the pipe of pumping

33、water well,and install well the retaining ring on the motor shaft or device shaft.(6When using special vertical motor drive,you should remove the protective cover above the motor,and remove the adjusting nut and the drive plate,lift the motor,to make the motor transmission shaft through the hollow s

34、haft of motor,tighten the motor on the pump seat with bolt.Check the centring of the motor driver shaft and the hollow shaft.If out of alignment,you should adjust to ensure complete centring.Connect the electric source,and test the motor turning.(7Install the driver plate above the motor and the gib

35、 headed key.(8Fix the adjusting nut on the drive shaft,and adjust the axial clearance of rotor.The thread of the adjusting nut is plus thread,in addition to the pitch of M20is1.5and the picth of above M50is3, the rest of the thread pitch is2(ie,when the adjusting nut revolve one circle,the driver sh

36、aft should upgrade2mm.(9Cover the motor shield,connect the electric source(note that the transformer should not be too far away from the wellThus,the installation of pump is complete.3、安装时的注意事项:(1吊装时,被吊装的部件切勿与地面及其它硬物碰撞,保证已清洗干净的零部件不磕碰划伤,不沾有泥砂或其它赃物。(2凡有螺纹,止口和结合面的部位,在安装时,必须均匀的涂层黄油或铅油。橡胶制成的轴承应涂滑石粉,千万不能与

37、油类接触。(3传动轴用联轴器联接时,应确保两传动轴端面紧密接触,其接触面应位于联轴器的中部。(4用法兰联接的扬水管时,一定要两人对称均匀的将螺栓把紧,把紧的程度应一致。用螺纹联接的扬水管时,其进水管部件中的防松圈一定要拧紧。(5每根扬水管安装完后未装轴承之前,应用样板或量具检查轴是否与管同心,若偏斜较大时,应查找原因,或更换扬水管、传动轴来保证。(6每装完3-5节扬水管以后,应检查传动部分是否能用手转动,并检查轴伸出的长度是否有变化,若转动困难或轴伸出长度变化很显著时,应查明原因,进行调整。(7装配完毕后,所剩下的零件均是所带的备件和工具,必须妥善保管,切勿丢失。3.The notes of

40、middle of the coupling.(4When connecting the pipe of pumping water with flange,you should must be symmetrical to tighten the bolts evenly,and the extent of tightening should be the same.When connecting the pipe of pumping water with thread,the inlet part of the locking ring must be tightened.(5After

41、 you install each pipe of pumping water,and before the bearing is not installed,the application of model or measuring implement check whether the axis is concentric with the tube, if the skew is large,you should find out the reasons,or replace pipes of pumping water or drive shafts to guarantee.(6Af

42、ter installing3-5sections of pipe for pumping water,you should check whether the part can be turned by hand,and check the extended length of shaft whether has a change,if turning difficultily or changes are notable,you should find out the reasons,then adjust.(7After assembly has been completed,the r

44、量的目的是消除这一影响,保证泵正常工作。调整的方法是:旋转安装在传动装置轴上的调整螺母,将轴提升。由于传动轴因自重的作用由刚提升时受压而变为受拉状态,本身有一定伸长量,所以在旋转调整螺母的同时,不断向逆时针方向转动传动装置轴,当转动由很沉变为较轻且无反弹力时,则可认为叶轮端面与壳体刚刚离开。这时调整螺母的位置即为调整轴向串量的“起点”。从“起点”开始再转动调整螺母将轴提升的量即为“轴向串量”。不同的泵型或安装深度不同,应提升的轴向串量不一样,各种泵应提升的“轴向串量”参见表1中“转子量小提升量”。应注意的是,“起点”不能一次就确定,应反复找几次为妥。同时,在开车以后正常投入运行之前,“串量”应

45、重新调整,串量调好后就用螺钉将调整螺母固定。(2预润:在水泵启动之前,必须从泵座上的注水孔向扬水管内注入清水润滑橡胶轴承。当泵装有底阀时,必须将扬水管注满。无底阀时,灌入的水不得少于0.2m3,有条件时,应接通自来水或予润滑水箱,从开车前5分钟进行予润,到启泵上水后停止供水。(3检查:a、检查传动装置中的止逆装置是否有效;b、检查转向是否符合要求,正确的转向是:从传动装置向下看,应为反时针方向旋转;c、传动装置中润滑油或油脂是否按规定灌注完毕;d、电器部分是否符合有关规定?是否与电机容量相适应。在以上准备工作完成之后,将出口阀稍稍开启一点,即可启动水泵。1.Before you start w

47、the adjusting nut mounded on the transmission device shaft,and upgrade the shaft.Due to the role of weight,the shaft from the beginning of the state of press becomes the state of tension,itself has a certain amount of elongation,so as the same as ratating the adjusting nut,you should keep the transm

48、ission device counterclockwise rotation,when turning from much heaviness becomes less and no rebound force, the impeller end surface and the shell can be considered just left.Then the location of adjusting nut is the"starting point”of the adjustment axis string quantity.From the"starting p

49、oint"and then start turning the adjusting nut to make the quality of shaft upgraded is“axis string quantity”. Different pump or different installation depth,the axis string quantity should upgrade not the same, "axial string quantity"which is upgraded for the various pumps refers to“t

50、he small quality of rotation to be upgraded”of table1,It should be noted that the"starting point"is not once determined,you should find several times.Meanwhile,After starting-up and before the normal operation,”string quantity”should be re-adjusted,and after a good adjustment of string qua

51、ntity,you will fix the adjusting nut with the screw.(2Lubrication preparing:Before starting the pump,you should inject water into the pipe of pumping water from water hole to lubricate rubber bearings.When the pump has not a bottom valve,you should pour into the water not less than0.2m³,If it i

52、s permissible,you should connect the tap water or water tank for providing lubricaton,and lubricate5minutes before driving,until starting the pump to feed water,then stop suppling water.(3Check:a,check the non-return device of gearing whether is valid;b,check the turning whether meeting the requirem

53、ents,the right turning is:looking down from the gearing,it should be anti-clockwise;c,oil or grease in the gearing whether pouring completly according to the regulations;d,electrical part whether compling with the relevant regulations?And whether is suitable for the motor capacity.After the preparat

54、ion work above is complete,you can open the outlet valve a little bit,and can start the pump.2、运转:新安装的泵开始运转时,应有不少于4小时的试运转阶段,在这段时间内要特别加强维护,注意观察,出现下面任何一种现象时都应停机检查。(1电流表波动较大或电流超过额定值时;(2水泵有明显的振动时;(3电动机或其它传动装置上的轴承部位温度超过75时;(4水泵、电动机或其它传动装置有异常现象时。试运转以后,应停机检查,若无异常现象,即可投入正常使用。2、Operation:When the pump newly

57、查水泵的出水量,应尽量使泵在“高效区间”运转,可用出口闸阀调节。(3经常检查填料函的密封情况。允许有少量的水漏出,可用拧动填料压盖上的螺母来实现,一般每1-2个月更换一次填料。(4检查传动装置上的轴承部位温升(不得超过75和润滑油量一般每隔3个月换一次油。(5每半个月测量一次动水位,注意观察水位变化规律。观察水中含砂量的变化情况,井中长期出砂较多,不仅使泵的磨损加快,降低水泵寿命;同时也将导致水井弯曲变形或井壁塌陷。Normal operation of the pump should be ready for operation and maintenance records asfollo
