In fact, its mainly from an organizations structure and its culture to evaluate an enterprises beneficial result. The culture reflects in the operating of an organizations str

3、ucture. Every organization has its established culture, and the formation of the culture is mainly determined by the superstructure of this organization. Whats more, the culture has to serve the organization. This service mainly reflected in the cultures impact on the work efficiency. All in all, or

4、ganizations structure, culture and capacity link with each other and influence each other. The structure decides the culture and influence the capacity. The culture comes from structure and influence the capacity. The capacity is mainly determined by an enterprises structure and culture. The thesis

For example, if an ent

Then this enterprises structure decides its value is thinking about the countrys benefits first. The staffs in this enterprise are different from the staffs in the private ente

8、rprise. They have more responsibility, and they stand for the country. In the private enterprise, this decisive function mainly reflects in the staffs spirit and the effects of brand. In country, the decisive function reflects in different country has different culture; this is because they have dif

9、ferent organization. However, the culture of a country has long history. Though it changes during the countrys development, it still inherits its old culture. The change of countrys culture is because of the change of countrys structure. This can prove an organizations structure decides its culture.

10、 One typical example, in the past of China, the social system brings the feudalism into effect. Under this feudal system, the thought of people and their culture are limited. In that time, man and woman are inequality. This thought leads to female have no right to get own idea and have to depend on

11、man. With the building of the Peoples Republic of China, females social status becomes higher than before. Under the new social system, the thought of people become more and more enlightened. The culture under the new social system absorbs new and good aspects. 2.2, the culture serves the organizati

One is outer cause, and the other one is the inner cause. The inner cause affects the enterprises beneficial result directly. The inner cause mainly includes

These two aspects affect an enterprises capacity directly. Culture not influences the capacity directly, but it affects many a

14、spects that influence capacity directly. Culture influences the way of staffs thinking, the attitude of working, and the philosophy of staffs. As the spirit is the core of the culture. The staffs thought is very important for an enterprise. This decides how a leader make decision and how the staffs

15、working. The attitude of the staffs is another important point. This decides the feeling of staffs responsibility that is the key cause of success. So the organizations structure decides what its culture should be, then its culture has to serve this organization. One example, in the past of China, t

16、he culture under the feudal system has to serve the feudal class. The culture has to stick up for the feudal systems dominion. This kind of function still applied after the building of Peoples Republic of China. The other example, the culture of enterprise influences the capacity of an organization.

This is because people have accepted the concept that goods of brand are better than those are not. This manifests the success of the cultural effect. The staffs in a b
