19、呈东西方向长方形布置,自东西向东依次为制造区、办公区、检修区等,存车线、机车外皮洗刷线等设在基地北侧。用地面积:约 1182 亩。检修基地房屋总建筑面积:约 m2,其中制造部分房屋建筑面积.8 m2,检修部分房屋建筑面积 m2。路基防排水专业工程主要技术、质量标准如下:1、 经施工图审查批准的施工图设计文件;2、建设工程承包合同文件、委托监理合同文件; 3、经批准的施工组织设计、监理规划和监理实施细则;4、国家及铁道部相关标准、规范、规程,主要有如下表:1) 、 铁路路基工程施工质量验收标准TB10414-20032) 、 铁路混凝土与砌体工程施工规范TB10210-2001二、二、监理工作范

20、围及重点监理工作范围及重点根据新建广州和谐型大功率机车检修基地工程 JL-2 标段监理合同约定,本次监理工作范围为检修基地内路基防排水工程,由此把监理工作重点为排水沟、边沟、侧沟、天沟等工程.三、监理控制目标、要点及手段三、监理控制目标、要点及手段施工前对照现场核对全线排水系统的设计,检查路基边沟、侧沟、天沟、吊沟、排水管等地表排水设施与天然沟渠和相邻的桥涵、车站等排水设施及路基面排水、坡面排水、电缆沟槽两侧排水的衔接情况,确保设计的排水工程组成完整的排水系统。 1、路基排水设施1)、各类排水设施的位置、断面、尺寸、坡度、高程及使用材料应符合设计要求。2)、沟渠边坡必须平整、稳定。水沟底地基稳

27、lume 1, size 2, table .和和4缝宽大体一致。干砌片石工程要求咬扣紧密、错缝,禁止叠砌、贴砌。2、地面排水设施1)、路基地面排水设施如:排水沟、侧沟、天沟等要与周围天然沟渠和相邻的桥涵、隧道、车站等排水设施衔接配合,组成完整的排水系统。2)、地表排水设施的平面位置应符合设计要求,并与周围实际地形相协调,不得反坡积水。3)、 地面排水沟在施工时要选好排水沟的排水方向,施工材料应满足设计要求;路堤坡脚外的排水沟、侧沟在路基完成后施工;平台截水沟与护坡同时施工,施工应注意在急流槽位置与吊沟连接。坡面排水槽与坡面防护同时施工,排水槽每隔15m设置一道。排水工程严格按照设计图纸施工。

28、砂浆采用拌合机拌合,做到砌体砂浆饱满,石料尺寸选配合理,强度满足要求,石料颜色一致,勾缝采用凹缝,墙面平整、美观。挖方段的天沟,以及路基填筑的临时排水工程,尽量在雨季到来之前完成。施工工艺流程为:施工准备沟槽开挖2:8灰土垫层施工沟底铺砌沟帮砌筑勾缝沟顶抹面竣工。4)、 排水沟铺砌背后及顶部与地面之间要填塞封严。侧沟、路堤横向排水沟采用砼预制构件砌筑,砌缝砂浆应饱满,沟身不漏水。排水沟的线形平直、圆顺,排水沟的位置、坡度、长度符合设计要求。如因纵坡过大致使水流速大于沟底、沟壁的容许冲刷流速时,对边沟采取加固措施。5)、路堤横向排水沟沟底纵坡由中心向两侧为 4%;横向排水沟与路堤边坡排水沟应相接

29、将水排出路基。路堤横向排水沟和路堤边坡上的排水沟均应在路堤处于稳定后方可施工。6)、采用浆砌片石加固水沟时,浆砌圬工采用挤浆法施工。砌缝砂浆应饱满,沟身不漏水。7)、截水沟应防止水流下渗和冲刷。地质不良地段和土质松软、透水性较大或裂隙较多的岩石路段,对沟底纵坡较大的土质截水沟及截水沟的出水口,均应采用加固措施,防止渗漏和冲刷沟底及沟壁。天沟的位置、尺寸要求符合设计要求,出水口牢固,以防被雨水冲塌并且与其它排水设施平顺衔接。由于本工程区域主要是粉砂土,所以对沟底要进行严格的加固处理。8)、急流槽的纵坡不宜超过 1:1.5,同时应与天然地面坡度相配合。急流槽、平台防护及截水沟应随路基防护圬工同步砌

36、施应与天然沟渠和相邻的桥涵、隧道、车站等排水设施及路基面排水、坡面排水、电缆沟槽两侧排水衔接,组成完整的排水系统。路基施工前应核对全线排水系统的设计是否完备和妥善。2)、调查线路范围上50m、下游 30m范围内,黄土陷穴的分布,并对陷穴进行处理。3)、路基工程施工前,对影响路基稳定的地下水,应予以截断、疏干、降低水位,并引排到路基范围以外。在路基施工期,不得任意破坏地表植被和堵塞水路;各类排水设施应及时维修和清理,保持排水畅通、有效。4)、路基排水工程应及时实施,防止在施工期间因地表水及地下水的侵入而造成路基松软和坡面坍塌。4、地下排水设施1)、地下排水设施应与地表排水系统相配套,水路保持畅通

37、,沟槽内碎石回填均匀、密实,保证水路畅通无隐患。渗沟的出水口应设置端墙,端墙下部留出与渗沟排水通道大小一致的排水沟,端墙排水孔底面距排水沟沟底的高度不宜小于 20cm;端墙出口的排水沟应进行加固,防止冲刷。2)、当地下水位较高、潜水层埋藏不深时,可采用排水沟或暗沟截流地下水及降低地下水位,沟底宜埋入不透水层内。沟壁最下一排渗水孔底部宜高出沟底不小于0.2m。3)、排水沟或暗沟采用混凝土浇筑或浆砌片石砌筑时,应在沟壁与含水地层接触面的高度处,设置一排或多排向沟中倾斜的渗水孔,沟壁最下一排渗水孔的底部应高出沟底不小于 20cm。沟壁外侧应填以粗粒透水材料或土工合成材料用反滤层。沿沟槽每隔 1015

45、要求,井身混凝土表面平顺光洁,井盖安装平稳、密贴,拉手牢固。5)、检查井基坑回填应按路基相同部位的材料和压实要求采用人工分层回填,夯击密实。施工时应避免机械损伤检查井井壁。6、集水井1)、集水井是将路基表面水汇集并排入侧沟或坡面排水槽。2)、施工前熟悉施工图纸,施工前技术人员应统计各个路基段的集水井的数量、形式、位置。3)、集水井基础采用人工开挖,施工前按照测量出的桩位及控制轴线放出检查井的开挖尺寸。4)、开挖过程中控制好检查井的尺寸和竖直度,施工中不允许出现超挖,对于超挖的部分采用与检查井井身同标号的砼回填。5)、井口周围要做好防排水工作,以免雨水或施工废水流入基坑内。6)、开挖到设计标高时

46、应检查集水井的基底标高是否符合设计要求;并采用锤球和直尺检查检查井的竖直度和尺寸。7)、绑扎安装检查井的钢筋,钢筋底部采用安装混凝土预制垫块来控制钢筋位置。浇注集水井的基础砼,浇注时要注意基础的砼顶面标高。在基础混凝土初凝后,砼面上用锤球定出检查井的中心位置及控制轴线,用墨线标出井身位置。按照放样出的位置安装模板,并加固牢靠。浇注井身砼前要注意预埋直径为0.15m的渡锌钢管或耐压PVC软式透水管。采用对路基切槽预埋管道,管道安装完成以后切槽采用混凝土封闭。relationship, established equivalent relationship 14, and subject: app

53、过程中按设计图纸及时施作边沟、天沟等永久及临时排水设施。 (3)天沟的水要排到两端低处的涵洞或排水沟中。 (4)砌体采用挂线挤浆法砌筑。块石及镶面片石由人工用花锤修面修边,块石一丁一顺分层砌筑,要求砂浆饱满,无瞎缝、通缝,勾缝采用平缝压槽工艺。天沟、排水沟侧沟、引水沟的基础垫层采用石灰改良土处理,浆砌片石砌筑时砂浆采用砂浆搅拌机拌和,施工做到砌体砂浆饱满,石料尺寸选配合理,强度满足要求,石料颜色一致,勾缝采用平缝压槽。 (5)排水系统的浆砌砌体每隔 1015m 设一道沉降缝,沉降缝缝宽 12cm,缝内全断面填塞沥青麻筋。挖方段的天沟,以及路基填筑的临时排水工程,尽量在雨季到来之前完成。2)、小

54、型构件预制 模板采用专用木模或钢模做外模,台座的混凝土底板作为预制构件的底模。钢筋采用现场加工、绑扎。混凝土浇筑采用平板振动器振捣密实。混凝土养护用土工布覆盖在表面,洒水养护,保证砼表面湿润。 预制砼构件强度、尺寸应符合设计要求,有破损、裂缝的构件禁止使用。3)、排水工程严格按照设计图纸施工。砂浆采用拌合机拌合,做到砌体砂浆饱满,石料尺寸选配合理,强度满足要求,石料颜色一致,勾缝采用凹缝,墙面平整、美观。挖方段的天沟,以及路基填筑的临时排水工程,尽量在雨季到来之前完成。(1)工程所用的砂、石、水泥、钢筋等的品种规格、质量应符合设计要求,进场时进行验收。检验方法:查验钢筋、水泥的产品质量证明文件
