1、Unit 1 How often do you exercise? 本单元学习的重点是如何使用频度副词谈论关于个人的生活习惯、饮食习惯等。从 Section A 的“What do you ? ”以及“How often do you ?”等句型的基本运用到Section B 中的综合运用，循序渐进，引出什么才是科学的膳食和生活习惯，并帮助学生养成良好的习惯。 针对这个单元的重点，难点，我打算把这个单元分为四个课时： 第一课时（Section A 1）：从1a 的图片中的人物的活动引出各类活动的单词、词组，再扩展到现实生活中学生的活动，继而调查学生进行某项活动的频率。这样，学生就能在与老师和同

2、学的交谈中学会频率词的特定意义和用法。重点强调两句句型：1， What do you do on weekends?I often go to the movies. 2, How often do you exercise? Three times a day. 第二课时( Section A 2, 3 & 4)：第二课时主要练习一些频度副词。通过调查和讨论，了解usually, always, sometimes, hardly ever, never 的细微差别，以及次数的表达方法，并学会熟练使用。 第三课时( Section B 1& 2)：先复习Section A中的

3、各项活动，再添加这一部分的饮食，让学生利用前面已经熟练掌握的句型操练这一部分关于饮食的对话。 第四课时( Section B 3, Self check)：完成这一部分的内容，同时添加了一些话题使课堂内容更加丰富。在完成阅读部分的过程中，先让学生谈谈各自的生活方式，由此引到课文内容，通过比较来提升话题。在Self check 中对本单元的重点词组再进行强调和总结，仿写文章，把课文内容真正转化成自己的知识。 第二课时Language Goal In this part students learn to talk about how often they do things.New langua
