2、，其余5组大鼠同时皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素，按0.9 mg/kg剂量，2次/d，2次给药之间进行1次冰水浸泡刺激，时间为5 min，处置后停食。18 h后用乙醚麻醉剖腹，腹主动脉采血，作血液流变学检测及凝血时间的测定。结果与血淤模型组比较，四物汤组和圣愈汤组的大鼠各切变率下的血液黏度均明显降低（P0.05或P0.01或P0.001）；桃红四物汤组在切变率1 s-1下的血液黏度降低有显著性意义（P0.05）。与血淤模型组比较，圣愈汤组和桃红四物汤组的血浆黏度明显降低（P0.05）。与血淤模型组比较，桃红四物汤组和胶艾汤组大鼠红细胞聚集率均有明显降低（P0.001）。与四物汤组比较，圣愈汤组、桃红四物

3、汤组和胶艾汤组大鼠红细胞聚集指数均有明显降低（P0.05或P0.01），其中桃红四物汤组和胶艾汤组大鼠的红细胞聚集指数降低非常明显（P0.01）。与血淤模型组比较，四物汤组、圣愈汤组和桃红四物汤组大鼠红细胞压积均明显降低（P0.05或P0.01）。与血淤模型组比较，四物汤组及其三个加味方的凝血时间均明显延长（P0.01或P0.01）。结论 四物汤及其三个加味方作用于血淤模型均能显示出一定活血作用，活血作用的强度因配伍而有所不同，四物汤配伍活血、益气药时的活血作用较强。提示方剂的效用与其所作用的对象的状态有关。关键词：四物汤；  加味方；  血淤模型；  实验研究F

After 18 h, cut the stomach by etherization. Get the blood from abdominal aorta to make examination of hemorheology and the measurement of the cl

7、otting time.ResultsCompared with the blood stasis model group, in the rats of group Siwu Tang and Shengyu Tang, the blood viscosity lowered obviously under the shear rate(P0.05 or P0.01 or P0.001); In Taohong Siwu group under shear rate 1 s-1, blood viscosity lower had very obvious meaning (P0.05).

8、Compared with the blood stasis model group, the rat's Erythrocyte aggregations rate of Taohong Siwu Tang and Jaoai group lowered obviously(P0.001). Compared with the group of Siwu Tang, Shengyu Tang group, Taohong Siwu group and Jaoai group's rats' erythrocyte aggreagation index numbers

9、all lowered obviously(P0.05 or P0.01). Among them, in the Taohong Siwu Tang and Jiaoai, the index number rats' Erythrocyte aggregation lowered very obviously(P0.01). Compared with the blood stasis model group, in the set of Siwu Tang, the set of Shengyu Tang Taohong Siwu, rats' H'crit al

10、l lowered obviously(P0.05 or P0.01). Compare with the blood stasis model set, the set of Siwu Tang and its additional prescriptions' clotting time all prolonged obviously(P0.01 or P0.01).ConclusionSiwu Tang and its additional prescriptions can all show certain function of promoting blood flow on

When Siwu Tang and its compatibility work on the promoting blood flow, benefiting vital energy, it has stronger function on promoting blood flows reminding, the effect of prescript

13、验通过四物汤及其三个加味方对大鼠血淤模型的药效作用比较，探讨中医方证相关的特性。1  材料与方法1.1  材料雄性Wistar大鼠（n48），体重200220 g（购于医科院动物所）；熟地、白芍、当归、川芎、黄芪、人参、桃仁、红花、艾叶、阿胶（购自北京同仁堂中药店），四物汤、圣愈汤、桃红四物汤、胶艾汤煎煮方法按文献2，药液置4冰箱保存备用；盐酸肾上腺素注射液（北京市永康制药厂），乙醚（分析纯，北京金星化工厂），肝素钠注射液（中国江苏常州生化千红制药有限公司）；全自动血液流变仪、红细胞变形与聚集仪（北京世帝科学仪器公司）。1.2  方法1.3  统计学处理各组实验数据采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计学分析，以均值±标准差（±s）表示，组间差异的显著性分析用q检验。2  结果2.1  四物汤及其加味方对急性血淤模型大鼠血液黏度的影响结果见表1。从表1可以看出，与正常对照组比较，血淤证模型组大鼠各切变率下的血液黏度均显著升高（P0.05或P0.
