Usually a travel agency is needed for booking /reserving flights and accommodations according to the itinerary. The

3、traveler is supposed not only to deal with all kinds of unexpected situations during the travel, but also to meet business associates, to organize some conferences, and to do business in other cultures, so as to make the visit successful. 1.
